Malaysian Enigma over Abdullah Badawi's BN Government.

I believe that many Malaysians are just sort of confused with the way many things are taking place in this nation especially with the state of affairs concerning the judicial hullabaloo, parliamentary shenanigans and the way the minister in charge simply dismisses off anyone who dare to question him and other abuses taking place in the going stir crazy Abdullah Badawi's BN government if you can call it that?

There are just too many cases cropping up here and there and then quickly made to disappear into the labyrinth of official government buffoonery.

Criminals who get exposed are so often whitewashed and left to roam free. Witnesses's testimonies never see the light of day or are ruled irrelevant.

Visual proofs and evidences are denied authenticity and dubious tribunals are set up without real power to call up and question anybody who's implicated in the exposes.

Every Ahmad, Ah Seng and Samy in power act as if they are beyond reproach and are as clean as a bloody whistle!

Things are not just the same since Mahathir stepped down. At least, back then, the Father of Modernization kicked ass and we had one main target to vent our frustrations upon!

With Abdullah Badawi , Malaysians are sort of perplexed as to how to deal with this fumbling fella?

There's just so many things that he does and doesn't do that sort of leaves Malaysians in a political enigma.

Whatever it is, Malaysians are simply too pissed off with such a inconsistent administration that is more smoke than fire!

We have more pressing things to fight for than to be lulled into a false sense of national achievement such as the recent sending into space of a Malaysian glamorized as a bloody astronaut!

What good is that going to do for the nation's 26 million Malaysians?

The Malaysian Judiciary is no longer respected and even the highest judge in the country is now being viewed with skepticism by the people and the nation's security forces are riddled with graft and abuses of power.

We just need to take a step back and see things in a clearer perspective.

YM Raja Petra sms'd me earlier this morning informing me of the 'explosive press conference' by Dato' Ramli Yusof, the controversial Director of the PDRM's Commercial Crime division where he admits to be the RM27 million police officer alleged to being investigated by the ACA.

Somehow, my gut feeling told me that I should stay off from attending the press conference because frankly speaking as a blogger, I know we won't be allowed to attend the event.

Just now, I came home from the city and saw the Malaysiakini report saying that the Director chased them out of the press conference and he was also asking whether Malaysia Today was present in order to chase them out too?

So, no thank you to listening to another senior official spewing his words out that to me neither enriches me or is of value to my concern!

All such persons will eventually be judged by the Supreme Judge of us all in the hereafter, no matter who the bloody hell they are!

As for me, I hope that Malaysians reading this will learn about the real deal affecting us and our future and learn to sift through the bullshit that the ministry of Propaganda and the clowns in officialdom are crapping regularly onto the nation's population!

It's not a mirage anymore. You can see through the whole 'sandiwara' and know who's telling the truth and who's trying to bullshit their way through the rhetoric of 'Cemerlang, Gemilang and Terbilang'!

Come the next GE, vote these clowns out! That is if you value the rights that you have failing which just keep on returning those who will sell us out to fill their own pockets!

Dead Cops - BN Govt says there's no funds to buy bulletproof vests!

First and foremost, my condolences to the families of the two recently killed on duty, policemen
Lance Corporal J.Jaya Balan from the Gombak Police Narcotics Division and Selangor Police Contingent Headquarters Lance Corporal M.Alagesan.

Chances are that they would still be alive today had they been fitted with bulletproof vests by their police department before going out on the mission.

But unfortunately, this necessity for supplying bulletproof vests is not the main priority for our Malaysian Government.

According to the report in Utusan Malaysia here, the Inspector General of Police, Tan Sri Musa Hassan says that the PDRM has no funds to purchase enough bulletproof vests for each and every policeman who goes out on duty and such limited vests are only given to officers and policemen who carry out dangerous missions.

Weren't Lance Corporals Jaya Balan and Alagesan on such deadly missions? Were their life's not important to be protected and preserved by the PDRM?

Wasn't the government so flushed with cash that they could afford to send a doctor cum part time model on a RM95,000,000.00 space trip recently?























I am not a bloody accountant but still some simple calculations based on commonsense can deduce that that space mission's cost if converted to the purchase of the much needed bulletproof vests that cost averaging RM3000<> USD$700 a piece can buy the PDRM 31,666 bulletproof vests! Isn't the Malaysian Government so flushed with cash that they could splurge on so many extravagant fiestas and concerts after concerts that take place so very often and broadcasted live to the entire BN hoodwinked nation?

Isn't our Malaysian Government so flushed with cash that they think nothing of spending so much money sending their officials all over the world every now and then on the slightest excuse or pretext of such trips being official trade missions?

So, I ask the Malaysian Government, what bloody hell kind of a cock and bull excuse is that they do not have the funds to buy and supply our police officers with such an important life saving body armor when going out on deadly missions?

How can they escape retribution from Allah the Almighty later on in the hereafter when they have to stand before Allah and answer for their sins of negligence and lack of responsibility over those who have died as a result of their criminal breach of trust in running this nation?

So many policemen died because some bloody idiots in political positions gave such stupid excuses not to allocate the necessary funds to purchase those badly needed bulletproof vests for the PDRM and instead do not waste a second in ego boosting space flights in the name of 'Malaysia Boleh'!

Can such a rotten team be re-elected into office by the nation in the next GE?

Don't be surprised. Malaysians have proven to be bloody stupid in returning the same bunch of crooks into power every bloody GE since they got free from the British Colonials.

I think it's in their blood to be born stupid and remain oblivious to all the shenanigans that the BN and their coalition of 'ampukings' keep dishing out to the gullible, clueless masses who just so love to pesta and fiesta as they please to kingdom come!

So, dear PDRM officers, you are on your own. Next time you go out on your crime busting missions, remember that you are out there exposed to mortal danger without protection because your government thinks it's better to waste money on space flights instead of buying you your bulletproof vests.


















Funny thing though, the FRU seems very well protected from head to toe when it comes to bashing up poor civilians who have no other options than to protest against those very corrupt officials in government when those rascals go overboard in their abusing of the privileges of holding power all these 50 years since Independence.

Looks like even policemen can be bloody stupid when they know for sure what kind of corrupt officials they have been protecting all these while! Every policeman and woman knows this!

So, Malaysians, don't say that you don't know. Don't say that no one is sin free. All such excuses do not warrant us to continue living a lie and say that everything's kosher here in Malaysia!

Those policemen died for free. Blame it all on Abdullah Badawi and his cabinet of yesmen who continue to screw us all in the name of 'Cemerlang, Gemilang, Terbilang'!

Tell it to the widows of Jaya Balan and Alagesan! Who's gonna fend for them now? The BN?

Royal Intervention in Malaysia's Government? Dreaming the impossible?

Are you amongst those who have been following the fiasco we have in the current saga of the self proclaimed Imam Hadhari Abdullah Badawi's BN Government of the Kingdom of Malaysia?

Have you been reading the relevant articles in Raja Petra Kamarudin's Malaysia-Today web portal where Malaysians just like us have been writing comments dreaming of a royal intervention to put things right in the current regime?

Have you too come to believe in such an unconceivable turnabout from the Malaysian constitutional monarchy?

You can then call yourself a hopeless romantic or a believer in fairy tales.

Why do I say so?

Well, since when has the Malay Sultans taken charge of things and asserted their royal selfs over matters as important as the wellbeing of the people or the whole federation of united Malay states which we now call Malaysia?

I don't recall such a situation ever taking place since the fall of the Sultanate of Melaka in 1511 to the Portuguese conquerers.

From the pages of history, we all know that the Malay Sultans capitulated to the foreign powers times and time again, without putting up a fight against the colonials.

If there were any resistance, it was usually from the grassroots made up of the Malay chieftains and local warriors who loved their Sultans and Malay heritage more than the Royals themselves.

This current daydream of seeing the Supreme Head of Malaysia, in the person of the Yang di Pertuan Agong having it in his majesty to take to task the current do as he pleases Prime Minister to answer for the spate of extravagant expenditures in the name of 'Malaysia Boleh' seems to me like asking for the impossible to take place.


















Yang Di Pertuan Agong, the Supreme Head of Malaysia,
Al-Wathiqu Billah, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, Sultan of Terengganu and the 13th Supreme King of Malaysia.



















No doubt, that according to the Federal Constitution of Malaya then turned into Malaysia, there are certain provisions allowing the YDP Agong to exercise his authority as provided by the said constitution as follows:

Although the Constitution (Article 39) accords the Yang di-Pertuan Agong with executive authority, subject to the provisions of any federal law and of the Second Schedule of the Constitution, Parliament may by law confer executive functions on other persons.

Except as otherwise provided for by the Constitution as regards his position and authority, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong usually acts in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet or more specifically, of the Prime Minister, in the exercise of his functions. However, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is entitled to and at his request, any information concerning the government of the Federation which is available to the Cabinet.

Although the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is to act on the advice of the Cabinet or of a Minister or after consultation with or on the recommendation of any person or body of persons (other than the Cabinet), His Majesty may act in his discretion in the performance of the three following functions, that is to say:

• The appointment of a Prime Minister;
• Consent or the withholding of consent to a request for the dissolution of Parliament;
• The requisition of a meeting of the Conference of Rulers concerned solely with the privileges, position, honor and dignity of Their Royal Highnesses, and any actions at such a meeting.

The appointment of a person (a member of Parliament) as the Prime Minister is based on his ability to command the confidence of the majority of the members of the House of Representatives. The appointment of members of the Cabinet and Deputy Ministers is made on the advice of the Prime Minister.

Articles 39 and 40 of the Federal Constitution state that:

39. Executive Authority of Federation

The executive authority of the Federation shall be vested in the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and exercisable subject to the provision of any federal law and of the Second Schedule, by him or by the Cabinet or any Minister authorized by the Cabinet, but Parliament may by law confer executive functions on other persons."

40. Yang di-Pertuan Agong to act on advice :

(1) In the exercise of his functions under this Constitution, or under federal law the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall act in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet or of a Minister acting under the general authority of the Cabinet, except as otherwise provided by this Constitution; but shall be entitled, at his request, to any information concerning the government which is available to the Cabinet.

(1A) In the exercise of his functions under this Constitution or federal law, where the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is to act in accordance with advice, on advice, or after considering advice, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall accept and act in accordance with that advice.

(2) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may act in his discretion in the performance of the following functions, that is to say:

• The appointment of a Prime Minister
• Consent or withhold consent of the dissolution of the Malaysian Parliament
• The Requisition of a meeting of the Conference of the Royal Malay Rulers concerned solely with the privileges, position, honor and dignity of the Royal Highnesses and any actions at such a meeting.
  

(3) Federal law may make provision for requiring the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to act after consultation with or on the recommendation of any person or a body of persons other then the Cabinet to exercise any of his functions other than:

(a)	functions exercisable in his discretion; and
(b)	functions with respect to the exercise of which provision is made in any other Article."

This provisions to act on their majesty's own has yet to be seen put to practice by any of our nation's Yang Di Pertuan Agong's.

This failure to stop the Prime Minister's abuse of executive powers has seen the institution of the Prime Minister of the ruling Government of Malaysia supersede the authority and supreme position of the elected Supreme Head of the Council of the Royal Malay Sultans and Raja's in the Rulers Conference.

Such superseding of authority by the office of the Prime Minister has given way to an emboldened approach of the subject to lord over his king in this country.

















Instead of the subject in the person of the appointed Prime Minister kneeling in reverence to the authority and majesty of the Malay Sultans, the previous Prime Minister of Malaysia in the person of Tun Dr.Mahathir Mohamad managed to pull off an executive assault upon the office of the Yang di Pertuan Agong by removing the King's immunity from legal prosecution and the formation of a Special Court to try their Majesties for any breach of conduct and transgresses by the Malay Royalties.

Today, the Malaysian judiciary has been exposed to be not free from legal wranglings and manipulation of power and positions as witnessed by the expose of the VK Lingam-Chief Justice videotape showing a senior lawyer speaking on the phone to the 'suspected' other party on the line to be none other than the highest judge of the land and fixing up positions, judicial candidates and other wheeling and dealing that none would be privy to save for the explosive secret videotaping of such a dialog by a party who is now being hunted down by the Anti Corruption Agency to step forward and identify himself so as to authenticate the video recording to facilitate further action against the two senior judicial officials in the tape.

The problem is that there are no such provisions to date in our legal system to offer protection to whistleblowers and as such the person is scared to death of coming forward.

Anwar Ibrahim, the former Deputy Premier who was sacked unceremoniously by Tun Mahathir and thrown into prison by the justice system then has disclosed a major portion of 8 minutes footage of the 14 minutes long video as a result of realizing the dangers of exposing the actual identity of the videographer who surely will be in mortal danger once exposed without being accorded at least a Royal Commission's protection from such harm is today facing the threat of being thrown back into prison himself if he fails to surrender the full version of the said video in his possession and disclose the identity of the person who took it to the ACA by today.

From the look of things, the Malaysian people especially those of us who are concerned about the way things are being run by the present administration, aren't very happy with the rough shod manner by which the current Prime Minister and his 'diarrhea of the lip' cabinet ministers are dismissing off all complaints and grouses against the injustice being carried out in the government.

Criminals and corrupt officials are simply being acquitted and discharged on the slightest excuse and this doesn't go well with law abiding citizens and as a result, even more than 2000 lawyers of the Malaysian Bar Council members staged a 'Walk for Justice' from the Palace of Justice to the Prime Minister's Office Complex in Putrajaya recently to protest the state of affairs in the rotten Malaysian judiciary and handover a memorandum to a representative of PM Abdullah Badawi who was in the US at the time.

Memorandums and protest notes do nothing to dislodge those who seem indifferent to the unhappy demonstrators and protesting citizens of this country.

Too many cases of the guilty ones escaping prosecution has somewhat driven many citizens of Malaysia up the wall and now they are clamoring for the intervention of the Yang di Pertuan Agong to put things right!

Will His Majesty rise to the occasion and fulfill the needs and wants of the Malaysian people?

I have my doubts whether such an impossibility might actually take place and prove me wrong when and if ever His Royal Majesty, Duli Yang Maha Mulia, Yang di Pertuan Agong, Al Wathiqu Billah, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, Sultan of Terengganu ever decides that enough is enough and finally steps in to stop the judicial rot and take charge once and for all?

At the end of the day, one might ask as to who is the King and who is the subject?

If Malaysia is to have Kings and Sultans ruling over this land, then for the sake of justice and peace, let us get rid of this current stalemate between the executive and the monarch!

Let the Yang di Pertuan Agong truly reign over us and get rid of this phony Islam Hadhari charade once and for all.

Islam has been revealed in perfection 14 centuries ago by Allah's Final Messenger to all mankind yet today we have in our midst an unscrupulous wheeling and dealing administration that thinks that all Malaysians are stupid and ought not question those ingrates about all the travesties of justice that they are pulling off at our expense!

Show up at Dataran Merdeka this 10th of November, 3.00pm and dress in yellow as a symbol of your love for the Yang di Pertuan Agong who seems to be the last hope for the future of this being taken for a ride nation by the current BN ruling airheads reaching for outer space!

Some say that if you fail to dream, you will definitely remain where you are right now, in the Malaysian quagmire of the daydreaming Abdullah Badawi 'Islam Hadhari' mirage.

I say, let's go and show our support for justice and hope that Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin will make our dreams come true...for once.

Anwar's Dilemma - Is it safe to expose the videographer?

I am sure that no one in his or her right mind would want to be in Anwar Ibrahim's shoes right now.

Why do I say so?

Well, for starters, what bloody guarantee of safety is there for the person who took the video showing senior lawyer VK Lingam fixing up the judiciary top posts?

As we all know, this nation's government has yet to reach that state of providing witnesses protection against repercussions that could well endanger the life's of the informant and his or her family and close relatives.

All that bullshit that Nazri spewed out recently about providing protection for the whistleblowers is just that.

Full of unwarranted crap that only an idiot will want to be so willing to believe and risk the personal safety of the one who shot the video.

Hell, even Altantuya Shaariibuu got blown to bits and to this date, her killers are masked from public view and squirreled in and out of court incognito.

One wonders if those 'ninja's are really the UTK chaps being hustled to and fro the lockups?

That's how the system works in Malaysia, our gone to the dogs Bolehland!

Over here in Bolehland, crooks are protected and witnesses are beaten to a pulp as what took place to Anwar Ibrahim and many others whose only crime were to stand up to the bloody corrupted ones in office and tried to expose them.

Surely Anwar Ibrahim who has had personal experience of being screwed by the law and presented with the infamous black eye by the then Inspector General of Police, Tan Sri Rahim Noor, will think very seriously and look into all aspects of the consequences that his exposing the videographer's identity will have for the person.

Isn't it bloody obvious of how 'swift' the BPR is in threatening arrest of Anwar Ibrahim if he fails to kowtow to their immediate demand for the original copy of the videoclip that reveals the identity of the person who took the video.

Nothing less than a Royal Commission that guarantees the immunity of the whistleblower will be sufficient to warrant the revealing of the remainder of the full videoclip and the identity of the one who took the video.

Either way, Anwar Ibrahim and his close associates who have access to the full videoclip and know the identity of the person who took the video are being pressured and pushed into a legal corner from where there is no escape.

With the way things are known to take place in the justice system of this land, there is virtually no guarantee that instead of the crooks and corrupt ones getting punished for their scandals, it will be Anwar and the whistleblowers who will be thrown into the slammer!

No matter who calls the shots in the ACA or any other investigating authority, it is common knowledge that there will be ricocheting bullets mysteriously coming after the ones who try to seek justice here in Bolehland.

The last time Anwar had his brush with the law, he was awarded a black eye and slammed into prison for 6 bloody long years and almost died in prison due to attempted arsenic poisoning.

God knows what they have in plan for him this time around?

May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala protect the righteous ones from harm and see to it that the culprits screwing up our judiciary are exposed and brought to justice...if it still works!

Imam Hadhari Boleh! Merdeka 2007 Soiree Expose!

Bapa Pembaziran - Abdullah Badawi

Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj is known as this nation's Bapa Kemerdekaan @ Father of Independence.

No one denies the fact that the late Tunku did spearhead the seeking of Independence for this nation from continuous colonialization by the British Empire.

He may not have been perfect in his character as being known to be fond of horse racing and other vices but still, one must pay respect to the memory of the late Tunku as being amongst those who have done so much for this nation.

Tunku was also responsible for cutting off Singapore from our federation but then circumstances back then forced him to do that. Lee Kuan Yew was asking exactly what Lim Kit Siang and company are seeking for - the abolishment of Malay rights, which will render them powerless in Malaysia.

Tun Abdul Razak who took over from Tunku Abdul Rahman was known as Bapa Pembangunan @ Father of Development.

He saw to it that Malaysia slowly transformed from being a backward agricultural based young nation to be one where development has been taking place , changing our country into a better place to live.

He was known to be a thrifty Prime Minister and lived a frugal life and not known to be extravagant in his lifestyle even though he could if he had wanted to splurge on all the fine things in life.

Tun Abdul Razak deserves to be remembered for his bringing development to the rural areas and for setting into place the nation's major infrastructures and helping the people to seek a reasonable living.


Then came Tun Hussein Onn, who became Malaysia's 3rd Prime Minister when Tun Razak passed away in London during treatment.

Tun Hussein Onn is known as Bapa Perpaduan @ Father of Unity amongst Malaysians.

Tun Hussein is not known for any hanky panky in his administration and there was not much scandals during his rule over Malaysia.

He is related to UMNO's founder , Dato Onn bin Jaafar and is now being represented by his son, Dato Seri Hishamudin Tun Hussein Onn, who has been appointed as the Education Minister of Malaysia.

Seems like dynasties do occur in our times. Well, it's unavoidable.

Our fourth Prime Minister and the longest serving one is the legendary kick ass Prime Minister who put this nation on the map by his steering the country to be one of the world's fastest growing nation as far as its economy is concerned.

Tun Dr.Mahathir Mohamad is known as Bapa Pemodenan @ Father of Modernization.

During his 22 long years of being the ruler of this country, he brought forth Malaysia to be amongst Asia's most dynamic nation and turned this country into the dynamo it is today.

He may be remembered as the most autocratic ruler who ever became this nation's Prime Minister and to this date he continues to speak out against the West and Israel.

He brought prosperity to the nation and has strengthened the Malays position in government especially UMNO which continues to be the key player in Malaysia's coalition BN government.

After Mahathir's time, comes the most sickening chap who has splurged like its nobody's business as far as the taxpayers money is concerned.

Being the Final Messenger of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, God Almighty, to all Mankind, the Holy Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam, was the very symbol of Compassion towards all of Allah's Creation.

The knowledge of learning about the person of Allah's Final Messenger, is not known to all of us but rather to those amongst us who take the time and trouble to seek such truth about the one who was sent to deliver us from our ignorance and lead us to salvation and a better end.

Many amongst us are obstinate and recalcitrant in our ways in choosing to deny the prophethood of Muhammad ibni Abdullah, the unlettered prophet and final messenger of God, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala for the sheer reason that we nurture deep within our self's a deep rooted feeling of ego that refuses to listen to reason and accept that whatever we are enjoying right now in our temporal life's here on Earth will soon pass and that each of us will return to the judgment of Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and that we too will be judged by Him on all that we have done in our life.

It's not easy for many to come to terms with this reality and we refuse to see the Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam for what he truly is and do not want to know more about him, who suffered so much so that we may live in peace and salvation, in this temporary plane of existence amidst so many trials and challenges of living in the Last Ages of Mankind, on our own save for the presence of the Last Testament of Allah SWT as our Guidance and his numerous Hadiths as an example of how to live our life's as submitting Muslims?

It is incumbent upon those of us who can think and rationalize to seek and learn knowledge of our Last Prophet of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, our true guide to God's love and Mercies.

May Allah SWT bless us all with His Taufik and Hidayah. Ameen.

Suicide Bombing has no place in Islam!

I refer to the bomb attack and massacre of hundreds of people in Pakistan by persons said to be from Al-Qaeda or any other group who are opposed to Benazir Bhutto's return to Pakistan from political exile recently.

Which Quranic verse or hadith have these idiots referred to warranting their killing of innocent civilians in their pursuit of their murderous campaign of terror upon society?

What kind of jihad is this when you go and kill mukmins or even kaffirs who have done you no wrong?

It is criminal acts such as these which scapegoat Islam and the Muslim ummah for the cockeyed objectives of cowards who hide from their 'enemies' whilst stupid, brainwashed nincompoops go out and kill themselves in the name of this struggle and that for nothing!

Whoever is responsible for all these terrorist acts surely are so bloody stupid and ill advised as to what is 'Haqq' and what is 'Batil'!

Islam stands for peace. The very word 'Assalam' means peace and safety no matter how one interprets it.

Which mazhab or school of thought do these 'Khawarij' follow that they have gone so wrong in fighting for the faith that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala sent down to the entire mankind as a source of salvation instead of the 'abomination' that these murderers have made it out to be?

No matter that you do not like both Musharraf and Benazir, no where in Islam does it warrant you to go kill others in the cause of your misconstrued acts that you deem it to be 'jihad'!

Those who kill and harm others for no valid reasons only condemn themselves to the hellfire!

Not one iota of good comes out of taking the life's of innocent beings as what has been taking place in the name of the true faith of Islam.

May the perpetrators burn in hell no matter who they are for such massacring of human beings!

Do Malaysians have it in them to change their future?

Lately, Malaysians have been subjected to several eye opening situations where the fundamental rights of the citizens have been bulldozed aside by those who were elected to serve the people in the first place.

Even after many cases of abuses and corruption were brought to the fore by several exposes, the authorities simply pooh poohed them away as if those culprits were immune to legal repercussions just because the criminals had connections to the ruling BN government.

It is for these reasons that the BERSIH coalition for a fair and free elections is calling for a peaceful gathering at the Dataran Merdeka starting at 3.00pm this 10th of November, 2007.

If you want to be part of the Malaysian people's gathering calling for the BN government to conduct the coming general elections in a free and fair manner, do turn up at the historical grounds of Dataran Merdeka to show your support!

Remember, the future of Malaysia is at stake and it is important for each concerned citizen to make his or her stand. Come join us in a peaceful gathering of solidarity with those who are all for justice and fair elections.

Malaysians need to rally behind BERSIH or remain shackled and robbed of our rights to a fair government, that is for the people and by the people!

It's time for us to make a stand. Justice, fair government and accountability.

CARGAS CAFE- Bayan Lepas's Killer Fried Chicken, etc!

I stopped over at my family's restaurant in Bayan Lepas during my Hari Raya trip recently.

My late stepfather A.Moosa had opened this restaurant way back in the 1960s when I was just 2 years old and I remember being with my mom and my four younger siblings as the years went by.

Times have changed and so has our family restaurant. My two younger brothers, Omar Khan and Nasirudin are now running the business which has been renamed as 'CARGAS CAFE'!

These two brilliant chefs have turned my late stepfather's business into a roaring success and have even been featured in the Star's Sunday Metro 13th May, 2007 edition here.

I am proud to see my two brothers successfully expand their business to this stage and how they have progressed in the food business.

May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala grant them both everlasting success and watch over them and their families. Ameen.

Din was busy with his cooking work when I stopped over for my Hari Raya get together with my brother and I was simply amazed to see my kid brother be the big boss there and have so many workers busy helping him out at the kitchen!

Omar and Din had extended the restaurant to such a stage that they had bought over the next door sundry shop and expanded the business successfully together. Alhamdulillah!


















I saw several Chinese customers with plates of white rice heading over to the kitchen to intercept the 'killer fried chicken' of CARGAS CAFE as the counters upfront were fast running out of the famous fare that had the Sunday Metro of the Star newspaper feature them in their 13th May, 2007 edition.


















I am so happy for my two brothers and wish them well. If you are living in Penang, go and try the best tasting delicious fried chicken and stingray fish curries you have ever tasted at CARGAS CAFE! You will surely be a fan!

Hari Raya Trip to Penang. Meeting family n friends.

Alhamdulillah! Just got back home from my 5 day Hari Raya Aidilfitri whirlwind tour and got to meet my family members, son and my best friend Wan Ali Mohamad and another kampong buddy of days gone by, Abdul Hakim Kader Sultan.


















We left for Penang just after midnight on the eve of Hari Raya as a last minute decision. We had first thought of spending Hari Raya at our home here in KL but then those Hari Raya blues got to us and changed our minds about winging it here.

So, just as has been our norm, we decided to follow our hearts and go for it. We left KL at 12.30am and after a series of stops to rest and sleep intermittently at the main PLUS Highway R&R's, we reached Penang at 7.10am on Hari Raya morning, safely.

Along the journey home, we saw several reckless ones zoom past us at breakneck speeds, totally oblivious to all safety rules and etiquette of good driving. I think that such kinds of menace on our highways will always be there till kingdom come. Many will end up obliterated as roadkill and statistics that will continue to haunt us forever.

Anyway, thanks be to Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, me and my spouse got to reach my niece's home in Telok Kumbar safely and after a shower and slight breakfast, I managed to perform the Aidilfitri Sunat prayers with my nephew in law Azmir and my grandnephew Aiman at the Masjid Jamek Sg.Batu Teluk Kumbar in time.


















After prayers, we gathered for a hearty breakfast of delicious Penang fare and our customary Aidilfitri forgive and forget 'salam-salaman' between us family members, we posed for a few snapshots in commemoration of the festive day of successfully completing our month long fast in Ramadan.

We then went visiting my sister in Kg.Binjai, Bayan Lepas and after that to Sg.Dua, near USM.

After Sg.Dua, we proceeded to another family member's home in Medan Tengku, East Jelutong, besides my kampong in Jalan Kota Giam.

My son, Muhammad Zikri came to see me at my elder sister's place in Medan Tengku and after the usual Hari Raya customary greetings and 'Duit Raya' offering from me to him, had some Raya special food prepared by my sis and posed for this photo with me.

Being a teenager, naturally, he had plans to join his friends in their Raya outings and later left same time with me as I headed to other family member's homes. I bade him farewell and wish him the best in his undertakings.

He's a good son and he has my blessings to be the best that he wants to be especially in his studies and business ventures. He's running a food business with his partner there in Penang awaiting his recommencement with his studies in a private college in Business IT.

Development has taken place rapidly in my home island and many old kampong houses have given way to high rise apartments that has changed the face of the places I grew up in.

A spanking multi lane coastal highway cuts across reclaimed lands from the once muddy flats of the Jelutong foreshore and makes travel to and from Georgetown to the southern villages of my home island just a matter of minutes compared to the days of old.

As much as I wanted to go fishing like in the good old days, being married and aged now, somehow proved to be fruitless and I was resigned to sigh in despair and just gaze longingly at my fishing spool and other paraphernalia, lie unused in my bag. Hmmmphh...maybe next time!


















I got to meet my brother Omar Khan, a martial arts enthusiast and master collector of priceless antique Malay weaponry. He has an outstanding extensive collection of precious authentic Malay and Indonesian weapons that took my breath away.

Here I am holding an antique 600 over years old keris from before the Malaccan Sultanate era.

He has been offered hundreds of thousands of ringgits for this keris by Western kris enthusiasts but has declined the offer as he loves it too much to want to even consider selling it.



















Omar also happens to run and manage a thriving restaurant business in Bayan Lepas with my youngest brother Nasiruddin at the former Restoran A.Moosa now renamed Cargas Cafe at 978, Main Road, Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Man, how they have transformed my late stepdad's old restaurant into the bustling dynamic modern restaurant they have running in two shoplots there now.

Their special fusion of good old Malabari Mamak food with traditional delicious mouthwatering Penang Malay food has the crowds lining up to get their plate of sumptuous glorious steaming hot super finger licking food that I had to forgo any thought of ever getting in line to taste their sought after food!

I salute both Omar and Nasirudin for their success in making Cargas Cafe a truly # 1 best Muslim Halal restaurant in this part of the island! Their restaurant is such a hit that even the Star Newspaper featured them in their publications recently!

If you are living in Penang, go check out my brothers restaurant in Bayan Lepas old town. It's just opposite Jalan Kolam Ikan is the extended corner shoplots on the left hand side of the main road of Bayan Lepas heading to Georgetown.

I was extremely delighted to see my youngest brother Nasiruddin running such a bustling kitchen and even more surprised to see his customers make a beeline to the kitchen at the back of the restaurant to get their steaming hot delicious fried chicken and fresh fish curry as the counters were fast running out of food as the hungry customers snapped up whatever dishes were being served!

Fuyoo!!! You need to see it with your own eyes! All races were there. Chinese, Malays, Indians, Sikhs, Caucasians, etc....Alhamdulillah! I'm so grateful to Allah to see my brothers business thriving like that! May their business keep on booming forever! Ameen.

Back to my Raya visiting. I got to meet my nephew Kamaruddin's firstborn, Muhammad Shafik. The little fella was simply so cute and a delight to behold.

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Ta'ala Wabarakatuh.

Kepada sekelian umat Islam yang akan menyambut ketibaan 1hb. Syawal 1428 Hijrah, saya ucapkan 'Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri'.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri merupakan Hari Kerai'an bagi kita umat Islam yang telah berjaya menyempurnakan ibadah Berpuasa selama sebulan sepanjang Ramadan nan Mubarak. Hari Raya Aidilfitri bukanlah bermakna kita boleh terus kembali melakukan sebarang dosa dan bersukaria tanpa mengenal batas batas didalam agama Islam kita yang suci.

Bagaimanakah cara kita harus menyambut Aidilfitri?

Didalam Sunnah Rasul Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam, telah diterangkan pada kita cara cara umat Islam harus rai'kan hari kemenangan kita menundukkan hawa nafsu, meninggalkan segala perbuatan terlarang atau makruh, serta melaksanakan sebanyak mungkin amal ibadat yang terdaya oleh kita dengan seikhlas hati demi Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

Tertib menyambut ketibaan Syawal nan Mulia adalah dengan :

• Bangun sebelum subuh
• Mandi dan membersihkan serta mengemaskan tubuh badan kita
• Solat Subuh serta berwirid dan bertakbir
• Berpakaian serba elok dan bersih serta mengharumkan diri
• Bersegera ke masjid dan mengerjakan Solat Aidulfitri berjamaah
• Bersalam salaman sesama muslim dan memaafkan salah silap orang pada kita dan memohon maaf diatas kesilapan kita
• Bermaaf'an sesama ahli keluarga terutama dengan ibubapa jika masih hidup serta suami isteri dan anak pinak
• Makan apa yang baik dan berkhasiat serta bersederhana didalam makan minum kita
• Menziarahi sanak saudara dan jiran tetangga
• Merapatkan tali silaturrahim sesama Islam dan meraikan yang bukan Islam yang mengunjungi kediaman kita
• Menjauhi perbuatan yang berdosa serta menjaga tingkah laku serta sikap kita yang terjaga baik selama Ramadan yang baru lepas
• Nasihat menasihati diantara satu sama lain dan berbaik sangka sesama kita

Unethical Bloggers who copy or plagiarize others articles.

Have you had your writings or articles taken without your consent and published elsewhere putting you in a predicament when comments are made on them without you knowing a bit about it?

I don't know what else do I have to put up in my header warning unethical bloggers who simply copy or plagiarize parts or whole scale my articles which they find interesting?

I appreciate certain attention or reference being made to my writings and encourage links be made to my postings but I really do not savor such irresponsible bloggers or website administrators who simply take my writings without my permission and put it up in their sites and open it for public comment!

Another form of infringing upon my rights is saying that I 'echo' anyone's views for it is simply an affront to me in saying that I wrote anything 'after' the blogger writes anything in response to what I had put to pen in my site about any subject for the matter.

It's frustrating for me when my fellow bloggers do not have an iota of commonsense in asking for permission from me in the first place to reproduce any of my writings in advance and getting my approval in writing before going ahead and publishing any of my articles in their sites.

This is one major 'grey area' in Blogosphere that needs to be agreed upon in regulating the do's and dont's of being a publishing blogger.

I know that not many are aware of journalistic ethics and general guidelines that they need to follow in becoming a blogger or as the glamorized title of being a 'citizen journalist' which is being touted by certain quarters but at least have the common sense of not being a bloody copycat or plagiarist of another blogger's ideas!

By such an irresponsible criminal act of taking someone's writings without their knowledge or permission and then putting it up for open comment by their readers, the offending blogger does a grave injustice to the said blogger when he or she is oblivious to his or her articles being discussed or debated in the copyist's site without his or her knowledge!

The blogger whose writings are being commented upon without his or her knowledge is unfairly opened up to abuse and scandal when he or she fails to respond to the comments in the offending party's site!

What kind of person is such a blogger or webmaster who commits such an injustice against the owner of the article without his or her knowledge of the matter?

This is what I have encountered many times since I started writing.

Some of those who breached the unwritten code of ethics amongst us in the Blogosphere apologized and promptly removed the copied articles from their sites but then some other idiot comes along and repeats the same old unprincipled offense against myself and others in my same situation.

It is important that a blogger or webmaster realize that whilst the blogging world is pretty much free from government control and restrictions , it doesn't mean that he or she is free to go and take any other author's articles and publish it in their own sites or spaces!

Speaks volumes about their character of being a transgressor of the goodwill and camaraderie we feel in our hearts amongst ourselves in the Blogosphere.

I sincerely hope that those who are doing this stupid thing to immediately remove my articles which are on their site or I will be forced to publish their identities and url's for the whole world to know as to who they are ...which I really do not wish to..for now.

Those who have done me wrong know who they are and if they read this heartfelt plea from me to please do the respectful corrective action by removing immediately such articles of mine to do so soon.

Blogging is good for the people but please understand that certain unspoken rules need to be taken into consideration by those who speak about justice and all that but end up screwing their fellow bloggers in the process.

Have a great festive weekend and please consider others feelings before doing anything that you know is not right in your heart.

I would like to thank all those who have co-operated with me before this in righting the wrongs they did to me and wish them all the best in their writings.

Malaysians must not build castles in the sky!

I am referring to the fantasy of inspiring the Council of Malay Rulers to ever garnering enough courage to spring clean the present government of the corrupt ones and to restore justice to the judiciary!

Although such a nation changing wish is admirable and playing in every citizen's mind, reality comes along in knowing that this here is Malaysia, the land of the 'tidak apa' culture that runs deep in the veins of everyone from the lowliest being in the country to ones reigning in the royal palaces.

Stop fooling ourselves that such a scenario will ever take place here in this soil where once the Malay Royals didn't think twice about signing off their powers to the colonial masters of yesteryears!

If not for Dato Onn Jaafar, the Malay Rulers will have faded into obscurity had he not struggled to return to them their present existence as being 'Constitutional Monarchs' of this land and fought against the British plans of implementing the Malayan Union which would have seen the rights of the Malays and the Sultans phased out by the stipulations contained in the draft of the legislation.

Under the Malayan Union, the Malay Rulers will have to concede all their rights and powers to the British Crown had Dato Onn Jaafar not rallied the Malays against the British Colonialists!

Does history record any of the Malay Royals taking up the fight to defend themselves and protect their sovereignty over their lands? Not that I have heard of or read anywhere?

Such an impossibility has yet to materialize in the years since Dato Onn fought to preserve the Malay Royalty as the sovereign 'de facto' rulers of this nation.

For all his sacrifices, Dato Onn's deeds weren't reciprocated by the Malay Rulers with any equivalent efforts on their part to see to it that they honor his struggle to preserve their Majesties dignities and honor by being earnest enough to fight for their rights and to demand that they be given their rightful positions as the absolute Sultans and Rajah's of their individual states and territories!

Instead the Malay Royals have resigned themselves to being mere 'Constitutional Rulers' and allowed the office of the Prime Minister absolute rule over this nation including their royal selfs!

Isn't this utterly preposterous?



















Only HRH, the Sultan of Negara Brunei Darussalam remains as the sole Malay Sultan who wields absolute executive royal powers over his small but filthy rich and wealthy Sultanate! Daulat Tuanku!

What kind of freedom and sovereignty are we talking about for our Malay Rulers when they resign themselves to being defanged powerless monarchies in the absolute reality of this country?

What royal authority are we depending upon to see spring into action here when a mere citizen in the person of the Prime Minister in fact reigns over the monarchs?

All your petitions and memorandums simply end up in the forgotten files section of the Prime Minister Office Complex in Putrajaya.

Malaysians ought to wake up to this reality.

Until and unless any one of the current Sultans and Raja decides enough is enough and issues forth a royal decree calling upon the people to rally around him and support his wish to see to it that their Royal absolute powers are rightfully returned to the Malay Rulers and truly rule over this nation, all these talk of getting the Agong to put things right is just a passing notion that will fade away into nothingness.

This is the reality here. All our petitions, protests marches, our vigils, our bloggings, our raising of banners and placards will be just that. A sign of protest that will go into the history books but will not change the current status quo.

Can't Malaysians see that until any of the Malay Rulers really do something in the lines of what I have expressed, not a whisker of the current Executive will be harmed or even touched!

We can dream on till Kingdom Come but nothing's gonna change for us until the impossible happens. That impossibility is yet to be seen take place in this once acclaimed Malay empire.

For the moment being, carry on dreaming and praying for a miracle to stir any of the royal's hearts for I know that the people are just itching to go pledge their alliances with any of the Sultans who has any iota of the ancient warriors blood in them.

Maybe, nothing will ever change and we will all just grow old and pass away frustrated, wishing for the nation to transform itself but such a thing only takes place in the old Malay bangsawan theatre.

Ah well, what the heck! Que sera sera...whatever will be..will be ...the future's not our's to see..que sera sera..what will be ..will be...

You know, many people say that the internet is full of evil and ought to be monitored forcefully by the governments of the world especially by the regimes and dictatorships of today.

To me, the internet is a treasure trove of information and a rich endless source of knowledge by which I gain and in turn share information and news about things that are important to me like the present state of affairs concerning my faith and my fellow Muslims as well as anything else that I care about or am concerned with?

I came across this revealing video that shows how the present American occupation of Iraq has also seen an influx of radical Christian missionaries propagating their beliefs amongst the beleaguered Arabs in devastated Iraq!

The rich Arab nations all around them are oblivious to this clandestine treachery perpetrated upon the weakened aqeedah's of the Iraqi population long suffering from oppression by first the hanged Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein and now by the civil war being waged by the Shiites against the Sunnis in their war ravaged shell of a once proud civilization.

Who are we to blame for this rot? The useless Muslim leaders of today, for sure! Just look at who's leading the OIC and you'll agree with me that the Muslims of the world today are in deep shit!

In fact, they are already wallowing in it to their necks because of the kind of self centered megalomaniacs we have calling themselves Presidents, Sultans, Amir's and Prime Ministers of the so called Muslim nations!

Iraqis! Take care of your fellow Muslims for the radical American Christian sharks have come home to feed and the weakened state of the Muslims of today aren't exactly helping you all one bit!

Let's be down to Earth regarding our 'Angkasawan'.

First and foremost, I have no personal agenda or vendetta against the 'Program Angkasawan Negara' currently in orbit on the way to dock at the International Space Station in two days time.

When the term 'Angkasawan' is used, it denotes an acknowledgment of being an astronaut!
No sirree. Our doctor cum model is nowhere near that qualification.

Sorry to have to burst the 'bubble' that has been blown out of proportion by the Malaysian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation fooling the Malaysian people into believing that our citizen doctor is anything but remotely close to being an astronaut as clearly stated in the Russian Space Web.com as being just a Malaysian citizen tagging along the real McCoy's in the persons of Russian Cosmonaut Yuri Malenchenko and NASA astronaut Commander Peggy A.Whitson!

If you had been following the footage of the live broadcasting of the space mission, I am sure that you will have seen the terrified look of the Malaysian 'angkasawan' who had no tasks to do with the lifting off of the space rocket and clearly a glamorized passenger of the space flight compared to the Russian cosmonaut and the American female astronaut commander who was clearly the one in charge and handling the controls of the space rocket Soyuz TMA-11.

Only after the rocket safely entered into orbit, did we see the Malaysian citizen ease up and break into a smile, knowing that the dangerous part of the lift off and firing off into the atmosphere was over.

So much for the glitz and pomp down here on Earth that the ever extravagantly spending fellows trying to distract the whole nation with their 'accomplishments' of sending a Malaysian into space and call him as an astronaut!

Do we have rocket scientists like NASA designing and building spaceships?

Are we that bloody rich to spend so much money and go conquer space?

What is our objective in sending a citizen into space? Just to get his name into the Malaysian Book of Records?

I for one think that it is much more important for the Malaysian Government to look into the needs and welfare of the people than to go about chasing unnecessary space missions like this!

We have so much more urgent needs to see to it that our country's infrastructures are built according to the highest standards and poverty be eradicated in our midst before embarking on such out of the earth space explorations.

When we have eradicated such situations in our nation and we have come to be so wealthy that we can afford to go chasing such high level dreams, then it would not be that vulgar to go pump up the PM's ego.

Right now, its coming across as nothing but a distraction diverting the people's focus and attention at more severe issues such as the rotten judiciary, rising crimes and other more serious cases which they are sweeping under the carpets of Putrajaya!

Spare a thought for Nurin's family! Stop hurting them further!

I call upon all those who have received the email containing the leaked post mortem photos of the brutally murdered child, Nurin Jazlin Jazimin, to please stop hurting her family further.

If you have received the said email, please do not forward it to anyone else and delete it from your inbox.

Spare a thought for her poor suffering family especially when the killers are still at large and her family subjected to such torment from the mass media and uncaring idiots amongst us.

I don't know which irresponsible idiot from those involved in the post mortem of the poor child has so thoughtlessly done such an injustice to the memory of that poor girl.

Only the hospital mortuary staff and the investigating forensic police team would have access to such photos. Surely, they should know better than to do this dastardly act of further adding hurt to the family of Nurin by this criminal act of disseminating the sensitive post mortem photos of the sexually assaulted and mutilated child.

Will they share with others such photos if Nurin was their own daughter?

Hasn't Nurin's family suffered enough? What kind of a sick, depraved society are Malaysians turning out to be?

What bloody hell kind of government do we have which trumpets to the whole wide world of a 'civilizational concept' of Islam 'Hadhari' when clearly the social and moral problems plaguing this nation has deteriorated to the lowest levels of human decency under this administration of the dumbfounded 'Imam Hadhari'?

Malaysian Space Program a prime symbol of BN's theatrics!

I would like to draw your attention to the wasteful practices of the current Government of Malaysia, especially where it concerns the ongoing 'Angkasawan' program which is being touted to herald the entry of Malaysia as a space exploring nation, on par with the world's well developed nations like the United States of America, Russia, China, France and other European countries.

Why do I say wasteful?

Well, what do you call burning millions of ringgits just to send to space a passenger whom they trumpet as being an 'astronaut' from a country that is a developing nation?

What benefits is Malaysia going to reap from sending to the International Space Station a doctor cum part time model?

What is he going to provide to the millions of poor suffering Malaysian citizens still languishing in the estates and kampongs as a result of the stark contrast between the privileged ones in the cream of Malaysian aristocracy and the ones who worry about where their next meal is going to come from?

Talk about creating such a wasteful distraction to guile the common folks into forgetting for a while the mountains of scandals and corruption cases piling up and 'disappearing files' from public scrutiny and debate!

Talk about creating a diversion to entertain the Malaysian population who are already besotted with artistes and entertainers funded by the deviationist concept of 'Islam Hadhari' conjured up by the nation's # 1 distractor, the current PM, who thinks it's okay to splurge on a journey to outer space , and waste away all the millions of ringgits to fund the space trip.

Money which could feed and provide so much to all those poor citizens of this nation that is so prone to be like the proverbial cockerel that loves to crow out loud whilst its tail feathers reek of shit!

Do we need to spend so much of the Malaysian taxpayers money just to feed the ego of the elite few amongst the Malaysian apple polishing cabinet?

What benefit does this space program have in store for the poor folks in the rural areas of this nation and also the suffering souls in the country?

Looks to me like our boys in Putrajaya are on a mission. A mission to divert the people's attention from the many serious problems affecting the wellbeing of this country's future.

The judiciary is being 'fixed' up by the rich and powerful. Corrupt politicians and top officials are 'teflon coated' right down to their body cells as not a case filed against them seem to stick to any of their butts!

There is a plethora of 'angels' filling up the rank and file of our esteemed Malaysian Government Cabinet under the most exemplary super duper leader that this country has ever seen!

From the looks of things, this government is not only going to take us into space, we are gonna see 'kerbau's flying over the moon very soon!

Just watch out for the shit that's gonna make a splashdown the minute the people of Malaysia finally wake up from their stupor of inhaling in too much bad gas from the gaping mouths of our titled nincompoops orchestrating the biggest cover up of the century!

Key to a long life -Marry the right partner or die miserably!

There are many people out there who are suffering needlessly for two major reasons -they married the wrong person and for the wrong reasons!

Marriage is not something that one can undo like a typo error by clicking the 'undo button'.This reality is not something pleasant that many would want to admit or reflect upon. People marry for the wrong reasons. I have come across many friends who did just that and are suffering miserably to this second.


















The problem is further aggravated when such wrongly married couples have children. The children are innocent but the marriage becomes a living nightmare because of the underlying emotional stress, tension and seething enmity between the couple, giving vent to endless bickering, quarrels and at times violent fights between them. As a result, everyone in the family suffers...all because of a hasty decision to marry each other in the first place.

This problem transcends all ethnicities, faiths and social status or positions. Life for mismatched couples who married for the wrong reasons becomes a living, torturous hell for both. Like having a fishbone stuck in one's throat. You can't spit or swallow!

I am writing about this based on personal experiences and also from observing or trying to help friends and associates who suffered or suffer the same.

How does one undo an unhappy marriage?

At a very heavy price of course. In my case, I lost everything I ever had including my two precious children, whom I love so very much that I endured such a miserable existence with my former spouse just for them. I don't want to go deeper into that or even say that I wasn't totally at fault either. No one is perfect. This is a reality and we should all accept that.

Only Allah the Almighty is perfect and forever is so. We are ordinary beings, created with our plus and minus attributes, characteristics and acquired or chosen likes and dislikes

I have come to know many people online who after becoming close friends would disclose to me of their troubles and confide in me as to their unhappy marriages. As a friend and a Caller to Islam, I try to advice them and help them out.

Not all unhappy marriages end up at the divorce courts. If the offending party or spouse can realize what or where they are doing wrong and work towards reconciliation by being willing to work hard to save their marriage, the marriage can still be salvaged and improved. Failing which, well the choice to split is always there.

Might as well cut off and extricate oneself from a living nightmare of a failed marriage then to die brokenhearted and miserable.

Life is short. Why the hell should one suffer unnecessarily or cause another to suffer because of us? Marriage is a two way relationship and needs to have mutual effort from both husband and wife to make it work.

If one party is not bothered to keep up their part of their promise to love the other and do all that he or she can to live happily with the other, why carry on with the lie?

A report today in Yahoo News triggered me to write about this unhappy cause of many to suffer heart attacks, diseases, stress and other life threatening complications as a result of bad marriages and having chosen the wrong life partner!

It is true that in a divorce, it is the children who suffer but if one wants to avoid dying miserably out of frustrations and total misery, then one has to go through the process of separation.

Like getting rid of a vicious cancer, one has to suffer an operation to excise and extricate the cancerous tumor in one's life or just drop dead very soon! There's just no other choice. You either do it or die! Straight forward. No beating about the bush in this case. Really!

It is for these reasons that many choose to remain single today. They are scared of ending up like their suffering friends. Some get hurt so severely by spousal abuse that many end up killing themselves, go mad or end up as a severely depressed half dead individual. Life can be pretty mean to those who screwed up by marrying the wrong persons.

History records so many cases of such loveless marriages which ends up in brutal murder and other unsavory finale to their miserable life's.

There are many young people today who engage in premarital sex and end up getting pregnant. Such a forbidden liaison usually forces the young offenders to either go and abort the fetus or marry out of desperation in order to avoid embarrassment to both parties and their families.

Marrying like that will usually end up in the rocks for their union was one of lustful stir of the moment passion and not true love and commitment to each other. The young couple who married in such a way will be always bickering between themselves for causing the other to be forced to submit to and live together whilst detesting their marriage.

Adultery often becomes a choice for such couples to be an outlet for their frustrations and in our community, this is a sad reality that takes place as we speak. The rising sex related offenses in the Malay community bears witness to this tragedies.

It all boils down to unhappiness suffered by couples who married for the wrong reasons and seek an easy way out to placate their troubled hearts and minds by going for such unlawful relationships.

This choice is further made easy by the lackluster enforcement of the Islamic Syaria Laws of this nation where half baked versions of laws are made by the ruling UMNO led BN government in denying the implementation of Allah's Laws and they come up with their own cock and bull laws which have been proven to stop the rot in the society especially in the Malay Muslim community.

In my research, I came across a site which offers private investigation services. An excerpt from their site here is so very apt and worth reading.

Their page on Adultery / Divorce says :
" Any successful relationship is built upon a foundation of respect and trust. If either of these principals are missing, damaged or in question, the relationship is heading for serious trouble. While absolute evidence is not always immediately available, often, a 'gut feeling' is the first indication of a cheating partner."

Couples cheat on each other for a reason. Lack of attention or fulfillment of the basic physical need -lawful sex between husband and wife. Sometimes the problem is due to the lack of emotional ties between husband and wife based on the basis of their marital union.

When couples are married to satisfy the urges of parents for economic reasons, the couple suffer internally because they didn't love each other and got married just to make their parents happy!

This problem exists to this day in many countries. Its worse in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh for over there, the matter of providing dowry falls upon the bride and not the groom.

I am sure that many of you have heard of the many cases of 'kitchen accidents' involving the burning alive of many poor unfortunate brides who couldn't satisfy the financial demands of their in laws.

'Burning brides' is the name and to many who have died or suffered near fatal burnings, it is not a game.

The Government of India as passed laws such as the 'Dowry Laws' forbidding the demanding of dowries from the bride's family but recalcitrants amongst the subcontinent's people still do not give a hoot about such prohibitions and continue to torture and torment the poor brides who fail to pay up!

At times, I come across many Indian Muslim fathers from India who shamelessly come here to beg from the Indian Muslim business community contributions to save up for the dowries of their daughters.

'Qomerre Qariyum' is the Tamil term that they use when they come to beg from the Indian Muslim community here and most of our Indian Muslim traders will just give what they can spare. It means 'Unmarried Daughter's Affair' and is an understood terminology between the Indian Muslims that this father is here seeking donations to fulfill his daughter's dowry needs.
It is forbidden in Islam for males to demand dowries from their brides but the idiots in the Indian Muslim community of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh still do so to this day.

An example of a typical Indian Muslim wedding is shown here. I hope that the featured wedding is one that is blessed and may they both live happily in love ever after. Ameen.

Back to the subject matter. The demanding of exorbitant dowries are a major heart breaker of many fathers in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other similar cultured countries.

All these unnecessary demands for dowries and other material problems add on to the misery of mismatched couples and there are billions of such suffering folks on Earth from days gone by, in the present and also in the future.

Sometimes couples cheat on each other because of their spouse's illnesses and inabilities to provide the needs of the other. This is not an excuse to qualify any spouse to go commit adultery on such grounds but society knows that many do so on this pretext.

What is life? Its just a temporal phase in one's time frame here on Earth and before one realizes it, one's life comes to an end. Some die in peace and honor. Some die miserably in shame and misery.

Some are caught in a situation where outwardly they seem alive but internally they have died long, long ago when they were forced to marry someone who turned out to be their worst enemy in their life.

To those who are about to marry or plan to, my advice is , make sure that you are making the right decision and choosing the right one for marriage can be either bliss and heaven on earth for you or you can end up in the worst nightmare of your life, in living reality.

Choose wisely and check his or her background in depth for an overlooked factor can be the death knell for you.

Usually, problematic people tend to put up a false front portraying that they are so holy moly and well mannered just to impress their chosen target, in order to work their way into their chosen quarry's heart and mind.

Hell breaks loose once they have got their quarry to sing on the dotted line and made their conquest complete and official. Then the nightmare begins....until and unless the victim gathers up the courage and willpower to break away and sever the relationship before God Almighty and according to the laws of the land.

Many poor souls unfortunately fail to get away clean and they end up devastated emotionally, physically, financially, spiritually and die away, suffering miserably by each passing second.

I hope that those reading this will not have to suffer unnecessarily out of ignorance of their rights. Where there's a will, Insya Allah, there will always be a way. Only thing is that you have got to do it yourself. No one will bother to come save you from your predicament.

If it is to be, it is up to you yourself. Trust me. I did just that. I may not have recouped my life in totality but at least i am still here for if not I dare say that I would have died many years back if not for my self determination and belief in myself and the Will of God!

Live well and choose wisely.

Berlinang airmata mengenangkan ibu....diambang ketibaan 1 haribulan Syawal...sejak ibu kembali ke rahmatullah..

Semoga Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala mencucuri RahmatNya keatas ruh ruh ibu kami nan tercinta...Amin Ya Rabbal alamin.

Anwar Ibrahim bukan malaikat sama seperti kita ini. Siapa kah yang mampu berkata bahawa dirinya suci dari dosa barang setitik? Jadi tak usahlah kita mendabik dada mengaku diri maksum seolah wali atau auliya Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

PAS dari dulu lagi merupakan satu satunya parti politik yang mampu menggugat kuasa politik UMNO kerana satu dasar yang terpenting iaitu ingin menegakkan daulah Islamiyah dinegara Malaysia ini.

Tidak ada parti politik lain yang mahu menegakkan undang undang Syariah Allah yang sebenar dibumi Malaysia ini selain dari PAS.

UMNO sekarang diperkudakan dengan satu fikrah bida'ah oleh Abdullah Badawi yang berani memperkenalkan istilah tambahan kepada ajaran suci Islam Ad Deenul Haqq dengan tempelan 'Hadhari'!

Kononnya untuk menjenamakan semula Islam kerana pihak barat memerangi Islam akibat dari sikap terlampau sesetengah pihak dari umat Islam dunia dan Abdullah Badawi tampil dengan konsep 'Islam Hadhari' @ 'Islam Bertamadun' mengelabui mata pimpinan UMNO yang memang tidak gemar sangat untuk melihat Syariah Allah yang sebenar bertapak dibumi tercinta ini.

Bagaikan orang mengantuk disorongkan bantal, pucuk pimpinan UMNO segera menyambut usulan Abdullah Badawi dan berebut rebut menyatakan sokongan kepada PM sekarang ini kerana ingin menjaga periok nasi masing masing dan menjaga kepentingan politik diri sendiri.

Bilamana ada manusia seperti Abdullah Badawi berani memperkenalkan satu bidaah didalam ajaran agama dengan menempelkan satu istilah tambahan 'Hadhari' kepada ajaran yang diperturunkan Allah, Tuhan Semesta Alam sendiri kepada Rasul Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam, Nabi Muhammad, Khataman Nabiyyi kepada sekelian makhluk ciptaan Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, ini merupakan satu bida'ah lawwamah -bida'ah dosa besar.

Pengenalan konsep 'Islam Hadhari' seolah ajaran yang dibawa Nabi Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam, pelengkap ajaran agama Islam yang Maha Suci dari Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala sendiri tidak sempurna, tidak lengkap dan tidak tepat sehinggalah manusia bergelar Abdullah Badawi ini hadir memperkenalkan 'Islam Hadhari' kepada seluruh umat Islam didunia ini bagaikan penyelamat ummah?

Bagi saya , ini merupakan satu tamparan kepada kesucian Islam dan kepada Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala dan Rasul Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam serta sekelian umat Islam yang benar benar memegang kepada tali Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala dan Sunnah Rasul Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam!

Islam itu sudah sempurna ajarannya dan melarang melakukan syirik seperti didalam firman Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala didalam Surah An-Nisa 4:48 Al-Qur'an Al Karim :

"Sesungguhnya Allah tidak akan mengampunkan dosa syirik mempersekutukanNya (dengan sesuatu apajua), dan akan mengampunkan dosa yang lain dari itu bagi sesiapa yang dikehendakiNya (menurut aturan SyariatNya). Dan sesiapa yang mempersekutukan Allah (dengan sesuatu yang lain), maka sesungguhnya ia telah melakukan dosa yang besar.".

Rujuk pula kepada Firman Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala didalam ayat ayat 98 ke 101 didalam Surah Al-Baqarah, Al-Qur'an Al-Karim tentang keadaan berikut:

"[98] Sesiapa memusuhi Allah (dengan mengingkari segala petunjuk dan perintahNya) dan memusuhi Malaikat-malaikatNya dan Rasul-rasulNya, khasnya malaikat Jibril dan Mikail, (maka ia akan diseksa oleh Allah) kerana sesungguhnya Allah adalah musuh bagi orang-orang kafir.
[99] Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan kepadamu (wahai Muhammad) ayat-ayat keterangan yang jelas nyata (Al-Quran), dan tidak ada yang akan mengingkarinya melainkan orang-orang yang fasik.
[100] Patutkah (mereka ingkarkan ayat-ayat keterangan itu) dan patutkah tiap-tiap kali mereka mengikat perjanjian setia, dibuang dan dicabuli oleh segolongan dari mereka? Bahkan kebanyakan mereka tidak beriman.
[101] Dan apabila datang kepada mereka seorang Rasul dari sisi Allah (Nabi Muhammad s.a.w), yang mengesahkan apa yang ada pada mereka, sebahagian dari orang-orang yang telah diberikan Kitab itu melemparkan Kitab Allah ke belakang mereka, seolah-olah mereka tidak mengetahui (kebenarannya)."

Sadaqallah hal azhim.

Kehadiran Anwar Ibrahim dipersada politik tanahair hari ini bagaikan duri didalam daging mereka yang menyokong membuta tuli terhadap perbuatan bida'ah Abdullah Badawi memperkenalkan konsep 'Islam Hadhari' yang membelakangkan suruhan Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala agar menyatukan ummah dan memperkasakan jatidiri Muslim semasa untuk memerangi musuh musuh Islam.

Presiden Amerika Syarikat sekarang George Walker Bush Jr. amat gembira dengan konsep Islam Hadhari yang dibawa Abdullah Badawi kerana ianya membelakangkan panggilan jihad dan melemahkan negara negara Islam dari segi keupayaan tentera.

Berjuta juta nyawa manusia Muslim sudah hilang dibunuh tentera Amerika dan pakatan sekutu negara negara Kafir Harbi dibumi Timur Tengah dek kerana lemahnya pimpinan Islam sekarang terutamanya negara negara OIC yang dibawah pimpinan Abdullah Badawi.

Firman Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala didalam Surah Adz-Dzariyaat ayat 8 ke 13 bermaksud :

" [8] Sesungguhnya kamu berada dalam keadaan berlainan pendapat (mengenai ugama yang dibawa oleh Nabi Muhammad, s.a.w).

[9] Dipalingkan daripada (perselisihan) itu orang-orang yang telah dipalingkan Allah (dengan sebab keikhlasannya mencari kebenaran).

[10] Binasalah orang-orang yang sentiasa mengeluarkan pendapat dengan cara agak-agak sahaja,

[11] (Iaitu) orang-orang yang tenggelam alam kejahilan, serta lalaikan (hari pembalasan).

[12] Mereka bertanya (secara mengejek): "Bilakah datangnya hari pembalasan itu?"

[13] (Jawabnya: hari itu ialah) hari mereka diseksa (dengan dibakar) atas api neraka, "

Sadaqallah hal aliyyul aliimul azhiim.

Maka apakah kita ini , manusia Muslim yang hidup dizaman serba canggih ini perlu memperbodohkan diri mengikut saja secara membuta tuli akan ajakan mereka yang memperlekehkan ajaran Nabi Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam dengan memperkenalkan satu perkara baru didalam agama Islam?

Apakah Abdullah Badawi seorang yang lebih hebat dari kesempurnaan Nabi Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam didalam membawa risalah agama?

Apakah perlu konsep baru seperti bidaah Hadhari ini yang jelas memisahkan lagi jurang sedia ada diantara umat Islam Malaysia seperti yang kita sedia maklum diantara pihak UMNO dan PAS!

Islam itu sudah lama sempurna ajarannya. Cuma kita ini saja yang degil tidak mahu melaksanakan perintah Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala seperti termaktub didalam Syariah Allah dan ajaran Nabi Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam.

Lihat sajalah betapa naik mendadaknya kadar jenayah didalam dunia ini terutamanya didalam negara kita sendiri akibat tidak ditegakkan ajaran agama Islam yang sebenar!

Undang undang ciptaan manusia tidak akan dapat menangani kemelut jenayah yang semakin meruncing dan semakin kejam seperti kes kes jenayah seks yang semakin berleluasa sekarang.

Bila manusia berani memperbelakangkan suruhan Allah dan menengahkan ilham terpesong diri sendiri maka tanggung sajalah akibatnya.

Justeru kehadiran Anwar Ibrahim di medan politik tanahair ternyata ada manfa'at kepada ummah bilamana beliau yang telah dianiaya sedemikian rupa masih berupaya mencabar kerakusan manusia manusia yang bertopengkan agama konsep baru ini dengan mendedahkan kepincangan kepincangan mereka secara jelas dan nyata untuk dijadikan perbandingan dan kembali semula kepada penyatuan ummah dibumi ini.

Anwar tidaklah sesempurna mana namun hadirnya ia boleh menggembeleng tenaga pencinta Islam agar bersatu menentang kemungkaran yang semakin bermaharajalela didalam parti pemerintah kelolaan Abdullah Badawi.

Semoga Islam kembali dihayati dan di amalkan oleh umat Islam mengikut suruhan Allah Azza Wa Jalla dan ajaran Nabi Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam, Rahmatulil Alamin.

Witness Protection Program - Does Malaysia have it?

I refer to the current situation where the video showing Datuk VK Lingam 'fixing' judicial appointments with the nation's CJ is disputed regarding its authenticity for the sheer reason that the one who shot the video has yet to come forward to testify and admit to be the videographer.

I mean, who in his or her right frame of mind would want to endanger themselves in exposing their identity in admitting to such a high profile expose like this case?

What guarantee is there that the authorities will protect their 'whistle blowing' and see to it that their life is not put at risk by such testimonies?

Its not known for any whistle blower here in Malaysia to have escaped retribution from the culprits whom they exposed?

Personal safety of themselves and their loved ones plus their properties is not guaranteed by the present system.

We hear and see such programs in Hollywood movies and can just imagine the tremendous dangers and risks faced by such witnesses to major crimes like the VK Lingam-CJ fix up thingy!

VK Lingam is reported to have testified before the ACA after returning home from overseas. I just hope that he will be man enough to tell the nation what actually transpired and clear the mystery about his fix up phone call to the 'CJ' as clearly shown in the video.

Being a senior lawyer, he surely knows the law and how it works to the letter. He isn't a country bumpkin to shy away from proclaiming out loud to the whole wide world if what he is reported to have done is exactly as they say?

There comes a time in a man's life when he has to take a stand and from the looks of things, I figure that Datuk VK Lingam surely knows this.

He is rich and powerful not like that reluctant witness who shot the video.

The question is does Malaysia have the 'Witness Protection Program' or is it just a figment of my imagination?

Another annoying question I have is 'will the justice system that is actually being exposed to be what a bloody sham it is by such a video, protect the very person exposing their shenanigans?'

I am sure that you have the same questions in your mind. Who can share any info on this with me?

Whilst the notion might be good and come across as something noble, the realities facing us here in Malaysia will not allow this to happen.

Why do I say that?

Well, let's be realistic. Do you even for a second see UMNO making way for any Non Malay, Non Muslim from their coalition partners be the President of the coalition?

Not even Deputy President.

If that ever happens, then you can bet that the Malaysian Government will be wrought with internal strife and politicking at a level never seen before in history!

Who would not want to be the nation's premier?

Being the Prime Minister of Malaysia, will mean that you and your entire family are set for life.

Name me any ex-Prime Minister who had to worry about where his next meal is going to come from?

As it is, there's already so much internal warfare raging on in UMNO, MCA, MIC, GERAKAN and even in all the other smaller political parties making up the Barisan Nasional coalition government.

Datuk Kayveas, President of the People's Progressive Party, but only made a Deputy Minister, is always at loggerheads with the MIC top leadership for obvious reasons.

Only the other day, Datuk Sothinathan, an MIC Vice President launched caustic attacks against Kayveas for comments made against the MIC.

With even same raced, same faithed, same coalition party members going all out to bite off each other's head for petty reasons, does GERAKAN want to see total mayhem break out amongst themselves with this proposal?

Good wishes doesn't naturally end up as reality. Facts not fiction, rule the day here in Malaysia.

Even if the Barisan Alternatif headed by PAS were to ever win the General Elections here based on power sharing between all Muslims based on the Islamic concept of Musyawarah and Adil, do you even dare to envision a Chinese or Indian Muslim being voted by PAS members to be their President or Mursyidul Am?

You'd be fooling yourself if you are so imaginative to think that the Malays in PAS would consider such an option?

Both the BN and the BA might want to fool their supporters with such lofty aspirations but the grassroots are just too deeply entrenched in racial and religious foundations to uproot their base and pass through the portal of an equal and fair to all utopia that GERAKAN has wished aloud.

Kit Siang would love to see that happen though but I dare say that this dream will not materialize just yet. Not within my lifetime, for sure.

Malaysians aren't that independent and dynamic to have it in them to go make those fundamental changes to our social and political frame.

Be real. Don't try to pull wool over the people's eyes.

You guys ain't exactly exemplary role models of true democracy and champions of democratic fairplay to all Malaysians as you try to make us all believe.

You may talk the talk but hell, we have yet to see you all walk the walk!

Rasa Sayang atau Benci? The MALINDO factor.

I just don't know why the heck we have morons in government , both here in Malaysia and across the Straits of Malacca in Indonesia?

If we are to reflect on the wordings of Rasa Sayang , it is meant to reflect 'Feeling Love'. That's it.

Doesn't make no difference whether the theme song of our Ministry of Tourism now has its roots here or over there in Indonesia?

As usual, we have clowns both here in the Malaysian Peninsular and over there in Jakarta blowing hot and cold over an issue that is simply stupid and unwarranted.

Try to come to terms that we are all from the same region and we share similarities in culture and social habits.

So what if we share the same songs? Even Dick Lee sings a rap version of 'Rasa Sayang' in Singapore and acknowledges it to be a Malaysian folk song!



Malaysian or Indonesian, it doesn't matter. We are all from the same 'Rumpun Nusantara' aren't we?

There is so much to gain and nothing to lose if we complement each other with the sharing of traditions and good values by emulating good useful pursuits such as giving true meaning and life to the disputed song by putting it to practice instead of engaging in petty quarrels over the ownership of the said song?

Has anyone patented the particular folk song?

Come on! Show proof of ownership and get back to work!

'There's so much more better things to do like swindling away billions and millions in the name of development!'

We the people won't fall for your petty distractions!

As if both nations got nothing better to do?

Anti-Muslim Factor in Myanmar - Cause for Concern

I refer to a Muslim Blogger's call for us Muslims to exercise caution in supporting a 'FREE BURMA' campaign that those of us who are concerned about the current state of affairs going on over there in Myanmar today have blogged about and shown our support.

I understand his concerns for what he shares in his blog is something quite serious for Muslim Bloggers like me and others to take note of.

Pretty sensitive I might say when you have a country such as Myanmar or Burma as it was called before, going through such an upheaval where their rulers in the form of the military junta led by the tyrant Burmese Army General Than Shwe don't discriminate between Buddhists and Muslims when it comes to smashing down the people's opposition to their dictatorship.

What we see today is just that.

A military junta using violent brutal force to destroy all opposition to them without discriminating whether the people marching and protesting against them are their fellow Burmese Buddhists or the Burmese Muslim Rohingya's!

It makes no difference to them and from a rational, realistic point of view, every one who understands how despots and tyrants operate, will see why to the Burmese military, creed or color is nothing special?

The thing is what can we as Muslim Bloggers do or how are we supposed to react to the carnage taking place there in Myanmar?

Do we just mind our own business and shut the hell up, writing about just Ramadan's affairs and nice things , overlooking the fact that each and every Son and Daughter of Saiyidina Adam Alaihis salam and Saiyidatina Hawwa Radhiallahu anha , Mankind's Father and Mother are but our fellow brothers and sisters?

Fellow humanbeings whose souls testified upon their creation that they acknowledge Allahu Ta'ala as their Rabb ; yet are born as whatever they are destined to be as the Taqdir of Ar Rahman?




I for one do not differentiate much between the blood spilt by a Buddhist or a Rohingya by their mutual enemy, the military junta of General 'Bulldog' Than Shwe !

It is true that we are to give preference to our fellow Muslims first before others but we here in Malaysia are just 3rd party observers and bloggers.

What can we do except to be balanced in our writings and see things for what they are and not be zooming in to the fact that treachery of the Buddhist monks and their fellow Buddhists against the presence of the Burmese Muslims there as reported here in Wikipedia testifies as being nothing but pure religious enmity and outright hatred fuelled by their miserable living conditions brought about by the regime's oppressions against all Burmese without being biased against the general Myanmar population?

So, do we just close our eyes and be as the 3 monkeys and not bother blogging about it?

Should we just focus on enjoying our limited freedom to be as we get to be here in Bolehland or do we take the tragedy happening there in Myanmar as a precaution against allowing such a calamity to ever break out here?

Even Malaysian Muslims are being persecuted here by their fellow Malaysian Malays based on political differences and we have had our initial shooting incident involving the FRU special undercover Malay agent grievously wounding his fellow Malays over there in Batu Buruk, Kuala Terengganu!

What do we say to that ?

Its not a question of who has done what anymore? Its more to do with what are we as concerned Bloggers to do with the turn of events now, within our lifetime and not staying fixated on the bloody past?

The past is just that. Its history. We who are living now and be able to alert others through our writings and thoughts plus viewpoints or suggestions who can still do something to avoid similar tragedies from taking root here.

For all that we know, Muslims aren't totally sin free or angels as recorded in human history. The 3 succeeding Khalifah Ar Rashidin after Saiyidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq were all assassinated and killed by their fellow 'Muslims'.

I don't even want to start writing about all the massacres and murders committed by so called fellow Muslims against our brethren and sisters all over the gone stir crazy world since time immemorial.

We have in our midst maniacs and murderous animals like the bastard who abducted, raped, sodomized, mutilated, tortured and killed a child as innocent , as beautiful, as sin free as the late Nurin Jazlin Jazimin, without an iota of mercy or compassion and dumped like a worthless carcass stuffed naked in a duffel sports bag after nearly a month of endless torture by the still at large but identified as a fellow Malay 'Muslim' and his accomplice Malay lady partner in crime!

So, to me , I don't want to start being petty in choosing which cause I want to lend support to?

Crime is just that. It makes no difference to me if the perpetrator is a Muslim against a Kaffir or as we all know against fellow Muslims!

So is the same when others commit crimes against anyone else!

Each and every one of us are but servants of Almighty Allah. He created us. It is up to us to make sure that we strive to improve our lot and those of others by championing justice and fairness that we know exists in the Islamic Syaria of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and join forces with the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Mankind in fighting against injustice, tyranny and discrimination, no matter who the hell it is that is doing just that!

I for one know that it is important to know that as a Muslim, we are to invite all mankind to the Way of Allah with wisdom and beautiful preaching and to fight against the enemies of us all, regardless of the difference in creed or color.

Blood is still red in color no matter whether the one who bleeds is a Buddhist, Muslim, Christian, Hindu, whatsoever.

Pain and suffering feel the same no matter who inflicts it and who is the one suffering from it?

At times like these, we need to be color blind and overlook the differences between us and try to express exactly what we feel based on the internal and external expressions of outrage we feel swelling up from deep within each and every one of us who call ourselves 'human'!

Failing which, we can just go to hell for failing to feel for others just based upon our petty racist ideas!

As Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is my witness, I for one will never allow myself to be coaxed into shutting the hell up about the travesties of justice taking place before me by falling into the guilt trap raised by those whose hearts and minds are clouded by blinkered views and opinions.

What is happening in Myanmar is a human tragedy and may we be damned if we start blogging based on preferential topics, bogged down in just one or two 'safe' issues.

I am a Muslim who will fight for Islam as best as I can muster but those who think that Mahaguru58 is a bloody segregationist just because I come across as a Muslim fundamentalist have yet to know who the hell I really am and what I stand for?

I love Islam but doesn't mean I have to love the sinners amongst the Muslims out there masquerading as holier than thou angels putting up a front and facade of being society's champions or whatever cause it is they are striving for?

To each their own I say and for those who have come to know me in person like even the members of the Opposition parties here in Malaysia know that I do not differentiate between Muslims or Kaffirs.

Justice will prevail but it takes sincere people to fight for it. I initiated the Muslim Bloggers Alliance to streamline the good folks from amongst the blogging Muslims to channel our thoughts and efforts to bring about the unification of the ummah starting from amongst our peers.

The Malaysian Bloggers who have come to know us in person know that we are all for true justice and freedom for all regardless of political or religious beliefs.

The difference is knowing to separate the true Muslims from the great pretenders and avoid falling into the trap of being there amongst them just for the sake of solidarity in blogosphere.

Sorry. Have no wish to be a bloody hypocrite and pretend that all's hunky dory between us when matters concerning the good name and reputation of Islam is concerned. we will defend Islam to our last breath if so demanded by the circumstances.

In between, we try our best to share the Truth of Islam with all so that they too will learn to acquire the rightful facts of the Way of Life that Allah Our Creator wants us all to know and live by.

So, if I come across as supporting the 'FREE BURMA' campaign, then do know that I support a free democracy there in the troubled nation . I am not rooting for the Buddhists or whoever has an agenda against the Burmese Muslims. Period.

To me, I regard all mankind as equal save for the matter of faith in Allah. Those who allow us to live and let live are my friends and I will support them wholeheartedly depending on their causes.

Those who are enemies to Islam and the Muslims are my enemies as well and I will fight them no matter what!

To finalize this article, I call upon my fellow bloggers to learn to rise above petty differences and to come together as one to fight tyranny no matter what flag they fly?

Myanmar Exposed! Discover the real horrors of life there!

Myanmar's problems all started when the military junta refused to acknowledge the win by Aung San Suu Kyi to form a democratic government after winning the elections held a few years back.

The tyrants in the military junta led by the 'Butcher of Burma' @ General 'Bulldog Than Shwe' increased the fuel prices recently up to 500% and imposed a daily quota of only 8 litres per vehicle!

If I were to be forced to fill up only 8 bloody litres every other day to keep driving, I dare say that I would be seething with rage very soon and may explode with extreme anger at whoever is responsible for issuing that kind of a stupid directive!

This stupid directive by the Burmese military junta has given birth to a notorious black market of petrol sold at exorbitant prices further enraging the people there to insane levels!

Guess how stressed out the people will be and how such simmering rage explodes into unbridled emotions and raging tempers ready to kill or be killed?

















When fuel costs so much in Myanmar, not that many Burmese folks can afford to own and drive cars. So, they are forced to depend on public transport.

What kind of public transport? See for yourselves here. Imagine if this is what you have to go through , day in, day out?

Will you remain calm and collected or would you turn into a raving maniac , ready to smash any idiot who crosses your path or at the slightest provocation?

Just...just try to visualize it for a second? Will you be able to stand living there even for an hour?

I guess I now know how it must be for the Rohingya's from Burma who risk limb and life to come seeking respite in our country.

Looking at the carnage taking place back home in Burma, I don't blame them for refusing to return to a sure death back in the Land of the 'Bulldog' Than Shwe.

Damn scary! Law of the jungle, I dare say. Might over the rest.

















Much work is done manually over there in Burma because of the costly fuel prices and even if they have the heavy machinery to operate, many tasks such as the one shown here have been depending on raw muscle to move heavy oil drums, etc.

Fancy a career like that? Sheesh...no wonder many Myanmar nationals try their best to slip in to our country, in search of a better life?

Well, brace yourselves to witness an unimaginable scene?

For all the money being spent on weapons to kill their own people, the Myanmar regime surely has shamed themselves to be the pariahs of South East Asia!

The people of Burma are forced to risk the danger of drowning when they are forced to rely on 'tube rafts service' to cross their rivers.



















Only in Myanmar can you see this ridiculous situation where the people are put in such danger of falling into the waters every single day of their miserable life under the regime of Than Shwe!



















The poor tube ferry man must surely ache all over at the end of each suffering day of rowing with his bare hands into the murky filthy river waters every bloody hour of his days, to and fro, across the river for a fare of US$0.05 per trip.

Either that or you have here before you the strongest kick ass tough guys this part of the world!

















Would you risk putting your family members into that tube raft without life jackets or any guarantee that the tube might not flip over in the middle of the deep strong flowing river?


















When one sees such a heart wrenching scene that these Burmese people have to go through every day of their life's, the more do I appreciate whatever simple pleasures that I have here in my life.


















I really pity the Burmese citizens for having the lousiest government in this part of South East Asia!

How the hell do those military bastards sleep? Surely, they aren't fit to be called as humans!


















It is for all these sufferings that prompted the Buddhist monks to stage a protest back in 1988 and they were ruthlessly beaten and massacred by the brutal military troops of General Than Shwe.

Reports say that more than 3000 monks were butchered by the soldiers and temples desecrated at will.

This goes to show that the regime of Than Shwe aren't believers of their own faith.

No one in their right mind would desecrate one's own places of worship what more go and kill one's own religious icons as the Burmese monks?

Heartless, brutal savages with not an iota of compassion. This is the horror that millions of Burmese citizens have to face each day of their life's.



















The Buddhist monks act as an equilibrium buffering the poor suffering Burmese folks from the savagery of their military forces. The people worship their monks and offer them food daily as the monks go about the country.

Naturally such a connection between the devotees and the monks grow into a bond that ties them closely together and the atrocities perpetrated by the junta upon the Burmese awakened the monks and triggered them into passive resistance that eventually got crushed and brutalized by the military of Than Shwe.

The latest I hear is that the Myanmar regime are now hunting down pro-democracy protesters based on the photos of the protest marchers pretty much like what the FRU here do with regards to the PAS protesters at the Batu Burok tragedy, over in Kuala Terengganu.


















Over there in Burma, their SB wear sarongs, which doesn't seem to be a hindrance to their carrying away protesters after smashing them down, blue black, pretty much like our SB did with the Reformasi protesters back in 1999.


















This is not play acting. That man is dead and in the other picture is a bloodied protester.

There are hundreds and thousands of people unaccounted for and the thousands of monks taken away by force from the many temples and monasteries of Rangoon are still missing and many news reports claim that the monks have been murdered and dumped into the swamps to rot and decompose away.

I pray that the regime in Burma will be dealt with accordingly by the world's superpowers or by the joint security forces of the UN soon failing which the world can kiss goodbye to a large portion of the Burmese civilian population, who are being hunted down and smashed to smithereens by the Burmese military junta and their Special Branch.

When Saffron Robes get splattered with blood!

The news reports online say that thousands of monks have been taken by force from the monasteries and driven away to be killed by the regime's soldiers and their bodies dumped into the jungles and swamps such as this unfortunate monk shown here.

The protests started after the military junta raised fuel prices 500 percent over the last few weeks and caused many Myanmar citizens to suffer like hell due to the spiraling costs of living there.

Buddhist monks of Myanmar must surely have had it up to their limits of passive resistance to the oppressive military junta's clamping down on the human rights and denying the democratic freedom sought by the Burmese people all these years.

These are individuals who have taken vows of peaceful pursuit of inner peace and tranquility through their Buddhist teachings.

Yet, since August this year, the saffron robes have risen in protest and led peaceful marches against the tyrants of the ruling military junta who denied Aung San Su Kyi her victory in the elections last couple of years and robbed her of the political mandate given to her by the people of Myanmar in the democratic process.

This is what happens when despots call the shots and deny the citizens the power to choose over who shall rule over them?

The Buddhist monks arising is something that is out of the ordinary considering that their vows of being passive and refraining from earthly desires and wants, yet are today being pushed to react and respond to the cries of the Burmese people.

Are we being witness to another historic turning point in human history?

From the looks of things, the UN or even America do not seem bothered enough to send in the marines to save the Burmese people from the regime's bloodthirsty killers.

Could it be because Burma doesn't have oilfields to be taken over once they 'liberate' the nation as they did over at Iraq?

Looks like we have double standards when it comes to 'liberating' countries from dictators and ruthless cut throat regimes.

I reflect back on the genocide that the Serbians perpetrated upon the Muslims in Bosnia & Herzegovina. America wasn't that gung ho to go stop the massacres.

Darfur in Sudan has yet to see the Yanks and the Brits join forces to go kick ass of the robbers and rapists there.

Isn't it obvious to the whole wide hypocritical nations of the world especially the useless UN that if they do not do anything to stop the genocide of the Buddhist monks of Burma and its long suffering people, they will lose any sense of legitimacy to even exist?

If the UN or the USA and its gang of thieves have any sense of moral responsibility, then waste no more time in ridding the nation of Myanmar of the current murderous military junta!

Justice must be seen to be served and dictators deposed. Not be debated about in useless forums and seminars which do nothing for the Burmese people.

I don't even want to talk about our eunuchs in ASEAN. All they are good at is to make half baked statements and issue limp condemnations which are followed up by nothing but 'hot air'.

Talk about spineless organizations. ASEAN, NAM, OIC are all just that. Good for nothing.

We here in Malaysia are already shouldering unnecessary burden of the Myanmar Rohingya refugees fleeing certain death from the regime back there.

Its no longer an ethnic or religious issue. They are killing their own people. Monks are being murdered and massacred right before ASEAN!

What is ASEAN going to do about it?

Is there no joint military pact between member nations of ASEAN in the likes of NATO?

All these years, ASEAN has been holding meetings and seminars all over the region but when a heinous crime like this takes place, what's the reaction from the ASEAN leaders?

Err...Malaysians are advised to stay clear from meddling into the affairs of the Myanmar junta. Talk about being bloody hypocrites!

The Afghan Massacre of captured Taliban Prisoners Documented.

Do you remember this massacre of thousands of captured Taliban prisoners in one of the worst cases of war crimes cover up by the mass media?

American and Afghanistan forces exterminated thousands of Taliban fighters by imprisoning them in iron containers and cooking them to death under the blazing, scorching sun, whilst in the pretext of transporting them to prisons.

This video captures the horror of how human rights violations by the US Army and their Afghan ally government and how thousands of them perished and were interred in mass graves dug up in the desert.

For those of us who are living here in Malaysia, we should count our blessings and learn not to let the nation go to waste by not nipping corruption and abuse of power in the bud.

Industrious Young Malaysian Chinese at Chow Kit

I came across a group of young Malaysian Chinese the other day at the Chow Kit area that put a smile on my face.

In these times when we hear of troubled youths raising hell in their parent's life's and giving the Malaysian authorities a royal headache will all kinds of moral and social problems, it was nice to see these young Malaysians do something useful like earning an honest living promoting a business package.

I salute these exemplary young Malaysians who are a good role model to wayward youths of the nation to stop the rot and to take charge of their life's.



















It takes courage and a sense of self confidence to do what these young people did especially the guy in the promo get up. I am sure that he will be successful in life in his future if he keeps up this kind of gung ho spirit.

Wish to see more Malaysian youth take charge of their life's and be as these spirited young role models were yesterday when we went grocery shopping at the Chow Kit Wet Market.
