Mahaguru58's East Coast Travelogue Part 1.
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
Just returned home last night. Quite an eventful trip with lots of stories to share with you on a day by day basis.
We reached Kuantan safe and sound on Thursday evening and were lucky to have booked a room in advance at one of our usual hotels whenever we went holidaying in Kuantan.
The very first thing we did the next morning @ Friday was to go for our Telok Chempedak famous Curry Mee.
The bowl of delicious scrumptious Curry Mee was really well worth making the trip to the restaurant located at Telok Chempedak, Kuantan.
Minutes later, here is the result of my doing justice to it. Hehehehehe...
Lip smacking delicious curry mee, sold for less than RM6.00 a bowl. Go check it out if you are ever in Kuantan?
Here's a video I took when I asked customers there as to the quality of the curry mee?
After our hearty breakfast there at TC, we then embarked on our journey to Aspa Cottage, Gebeng, Kuantan where I had received a business proposal to help sell a 1 acre single storey freehold bungalow property which is going for RM240,000.00 (negotiable).
It's been quite some time since I last visited the place as the East Coast Highway Part 2 was just being built back then.
Aspa Cottage is located within minutes away from the East Coast Highway and this time around, it took me just about ten minutes to get to the place using the access highway to it from Kuantan.
The particular property is addressed as No.14, Lorong Desa Aspa 5, Taman Desa Aspa @ Aspa Cottage, Gebeng, Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur, Malaysia and is being renovated at the moment.
A new fence is being put up and work on the bungalow is going on. If you are interested in this soon to boom property, you may email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and make a bid for it.
I have on offer this property which has been reduced by 10K from it's initial opening price of RM250,000.00 to now being just RM240,000.00 Nett!
First one to pay the deposit will secure it if everything else goes smoothly. Freehold property open to everyone. Grab it while it's still available! :)
More reports coming after this.
