Hajj 1432 Hijrah ~ Sights and scenes in Makkah al Mukarramah, S.Arabia

Makkah al Mukarramah, Saudi Arabia.
Saturday, 22nd October 2011 CE.

Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Walillahil Hamd!
Allah is the Greatest! Allah is the Greatest! Allah is the Greatest!
All praises be to Allah!

Such are the salutations and glorifications upon Allah that each and every Muslim, male or female, young and old, rich or poor needs to proclaim upon seeing the Holy Kaabah with our very own eyes for the first time and everytime we come before it.

Verily it is a symbol of our respect to the very first House of God that our Father, the Prophet Adam Alaihis Salam together with the help of Allah's Malaikats @ Angels that was raised by Sayyidina Adam Alaihis Salam upon his descent to this Earth, right there in the valley of Makkah!

Muslims do not worship the Kaabah. It is but a focus point for us Muslims to offer our prayers to Allah the Most Glorious, Most Supreme Creator of us all.

Having said that, we who are Muslims need to observe the Sunnah @ Traditions of the Blessed Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam who circumbulated @ tawaf around the Holy Baitullah 7 times anti clockwise as inspired by Rabbul Alamin, glorifying Him as a mark of our submission to The Almighty.

Being here in the blessed city has always been a dream of mine and I never imagined that God would make it easy for me to be here right now! Wallahi!
I am in a state of daze trying my level best to realize that it is true. Mahaguru58 is actually right here in the Haramain pending the start of the Hajj 1432 After Rasul Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam's Hijrah from Makkah to Madinah al Munawwarah.

Subhanallah! Truly we who are Allah's servants have no control over what happens to us for here is the living proof of it happening to me right at this moment as I am typing these words and sharing my first ever Hajj experience with you, my most respected readers.

Alhamdulillah! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Walillahil Hamd!

Yesterday, I was sort of going on an impromptu walkabout through the streets of this most ancient city after the Jumaat @ Friday prayers. There were all kinds of Muslims hailing from all parts of this world. Masya Allah!

I saw many unique personalities and characters like what you'd see in those old Hollywood produced movies featuring Middle Eastern and Central Asian figures. There were mostly Bangladeshis and Pakistanis running the many small shops selling all kinds of goods and merchandise catering to the global pilgrims who are descending upon this most sacred city to perform our Hajj and Umrah for this season.

For a first time visitor to this blessed city, I had to rely on my instincts and try to remember the directions from where I came and know how to return to my residence here in Makkah al Mukarramah.

I have now been transferred to my official place of stay right here in the Tabung Haji Complex Headquarters in Janadriah. Alhamdulillah. At least, I get to be online from now on without having to fork out a huge fortune out of my very meagre finances that I have with me here to spend during my Hajj.

May Allah bless Tabung Haji's administration for providing us His Servants with food, lodging and excellent wifi broadband telecommunication systems. Ameen Ya Rahman! Ameen Ya Raheem.
