Sometimes I just need to take a break from getting all worked up by the political circus being played out in our lives by the nincompoops in power and go on a cruise out of KL.


My recent drive back from KLIA gave me an opportunity to capture some wonderful views of the still unpolluted areas of Selangor especially along the coastal area of the Malacca Straits.


I'd like to share some of the photos here with you so that we can all enjoy the vistas and Allah's Blessings that most of us tend to miss out from appreciating and preserving what we have?

This is the Masjid Kg. Bt. Laut, Kuala Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan. It is fully airconditioned. The weather was simply nice with a cool sea breeze caressing my face as I stood there and took this shot.

The congregation was friendly and didn't mind me taking photographs of them as well during my stopover to perform my Friday prayers with them. They were curious as to who I was and when informed about me being a blogger, responded well and asked whether I was writing about their mosque?

Hehehehe. I said that I was planning to and in fact I did publish a video on them. Just added a traditional Malay song as the background music to celebrate the compilation of the photos. Here it is:





It was a pleasant escape for me from having to think about the mess that Najib Tun Razak is cooking up in the delusion of his being 'cool' by adhering to the whims of foulmouthed cretin like the Namewee chap and acknowledging his @#$%^& ' uniqueness in expressing vulgarities against Islam, the Malays and this nation! That's what we get when those born with a golden spoon in their mouths start to imagine themselves as being the 'cool ones' in power?


Enjoy it while it lasts. Lots of folks are getting as pissed off at Najib just like me. He's just dicing with the devil, folks. Don't cry foul later when the backlash hits you! You just asked for it, Mr Cool Guy!

Its a pity that these mangrove trees are dying. In times of events like a tsunami, these natural bulwarks against the force of such surging waves will be quite a deterrent against the ravaging waters as they wash ashore, destroying all in their way. I feel a slight tinge of sadness seeing this gradual destruction of the mangroves along the foreshore. There must be replanting of the mangrove trees in order to preserve our natural treasures such as these.

Absolutely loved the clear blue skies as they offered a beautiful backdrop to the silhouette of these magnificent mangrove trees.

There were many coconuts which were sort of germinating as they lay on the muddy embankment next to the mangrove area.

Tranquil and pleasant scenery out there at Kg Batu Laut, Kuala Langat. I hope to see more of such lovely countryside in the future. Insya Allah.
