True Muslims won't be easily influenced no matter what comes their way!

I read with concern about the way most of us who call ourselves as Muslims throw a tantrum and create a stir when the Christians succeed in drawing into their fold, a few of those who are 'Muslims in name only'.

Being born as a Muslim doesn't promise us salvation and a guarantee of protection from the Hell-fire's or a confirmed ticket to Allah's Paradises.

Nope. Its rather like you getting a brand new computer with a built in genuine software program and applications but in order to fully be able to utilize such a splendid computer, you need to at least have the basic know how and skills as to how best to operate and use it for the benefit of not only yourself but others who have access to what you are 'churning out'?

Iman @ Faith is not garnered overnight just like that. It has to be nurtured from the very basics of living our earthly mortal life's here on planet Earth.

The Syahadah is very simple and clear cut.

Asyhadu alla ila ha ill lallah! I declare that there is no god but Allah!

Wa asyhadu anna Muhammad da Rasulullah! I declare that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.

To the thinking person, surely such a declaration warrants a deeper and much more concise explanation?

If we say that there is only One God and that He is Allah, surely those who have yet to know Him or have a fair idea as to what and who Allah is will demand from us more info and detail about our Supreme Creator?

Now, how do we share this information with them if we ourselves do not bother to study and enrich our persons with the right and correct knowledge with regard to the Oneness of Allah?

We get to do that by studying about Allah using what He Himself has revealed to us Mankind through the Final and Complete Guidance for all mankind in the form of the Blessed Al Qur'anul Karim.

Study the revelations by Allahu Ta'ala about His Attributes. Learn to look into and in between the holy scriptures of the Al Qur'an by exercising your brain cells and understand as to its meanings which when properly researched will reveal to us layers after layers of information and only appreciable by those who have developed a keener and finer sense of understanding about what this life is about and the endless oceans of knowledge that is contained within the encyclopedia of guidance that the blessed Kalamullah really is?

When Rasul Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam first preached about the Oneness of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, the Kaffirs amongst the Qureyshi Arabs demanded of him to explain about what he means by saying that the 'Allah' that he worships is only one whereas they have been praying to many idols and deities  ever since their forefathers got inventive and introduced a plethora of gods and deities into their daily lives as a result of getting distracted and left to their own devices in deciding which deity or imagined god they so wished to revere?

To those of us who study about our Godgiven faith, we refer to the Chapter of Purity or Sincerity ~ Surah Al Ikhlas.

Let's take a look at what the first verse of this Surah entails?

112:1
Transliteration
Qul huwa Allahu ahad
Sahih International
Say, "He is Allah , [who is] One,

Allah reveals about Himself as being the Only One worthy of worship since He is the Creator of everything there is here on Earth and throughout the multitudes of universes that transcend the heavens and all that there is in between.

Allah tells Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam to tell the Disbelievers about His Oneness.

If there are more than one god as many other manmade or imagined faiths come to profess, surely there would be chaos here on Earth and in the Heavens?

One 'god' ~ Na'uzubillah - will want this to take place whilst another would want it his or her way?

Just like your average Olympian Greek mythological gods and goddesses. Each with an imagined power or attribute that serves only to entertain the voracious minds of delusional human beings who relish being able to daydream their life's away!

Such concocted tales and folklore only serves to fill the voracious appetite of Hollywood film producers.

True Muslims should not be allowing themselves to be swayed into swallowing all that myths as to be nothing but the real truth when in actuality it is nothing more than a figment of human's endless imaginations.

Learn to be able to differentiate between what is Haqq and what is Batil?

Life my dear brothers and sisters is what takes place between our 5 daily solats @ prayers?

We live and die between these prayer times.

If we managed to pray our Subuh @ Fajr prayers, there is just no guarantee that we will be able to make it to Zohor?

Even if we get to pray our Zohor solat, there's no guarantee that we will be able to make it to Asar and then on to Maghrib and after Maghrib, get a chance to settle our 'Isya prayers?

Allahu Ahad. Allah the One!

If there's more than that, trouble...ladies and gentlemen! If there are those who wish to imagine any other gods, well, my answer will be that let them discover what their delusions has in store for them in the Hereafter?

We who are Mukmins have done our job by warning them. If they do not take heed of our calls, then let each of them suffer the consequences of such false beliefs.

Then we have :

112:2
Transliteration
Allahu assamad
Sahih International
Allah , the Eternal Refuge.

Allahu assamad! Allah, the Eternal Refuge.

Mankind live within a specific God given time frame. Even if one is to believe in all such poppycock as the Greek and similar mythologies, one has to deliberate as to the life stories of such 'god' or 'gods'?

Some claim that their 'god' was born as a man child, helpless and feeble in a manger?

A 'man-god' being born?

Such an entity only lives within blinkered minds oblivious to the characteristics of a Supreme Everlasting True God!!!!

Allahu Assamad! Allah, the Eternal God!

He Who creates everything out of nothing and is the Self-Sufficient surely does not need to depend on His own creations to nurture Him and to provide for His needs when in Islam it is so clear that everything depends on Allah Azza Wa Jalla! Not an atom moves without His Consent!

That's the Allah that we who are Muslims and Mukmins believe in. Period.

A real God does not die! He is not even given birth to! Any being who is given birth to is simply not fit to be anything even remotely close to being a god!!!

One does not go on and humble oneself before any such creation, real or imagined! What more of a man-god bla bla bla which is nothing but a product of the vivid human imagination?

True Muslims will never allow themselves to go on and believe in the preposterous! Anyone who does so has only him or herself to blame in the Day of Judgment when we will all be brought right before the Almighty, All Knowing and All Aware God of us all, Allahu Ta'ala!

This is the real truth. This is the fact. Not fiction!

When the fictional tale comes to a close, one has to get up off his or her cinema seat and return home to face the stark reality of our temporal human existence here on Earth.

The famous and popular singer Datuk Ahmad Jais died yesterday. Apple's supremo Steve Jobs died a few days ago. All such creations of Allah including you and I will one day die. It could be any second from now.

Face the facts. This is our life. Its real. Not imagined.

Everything is pre-destined by Allahu Ta'ala. Every breath we take or exhale is counted. Every morsel of food or grain of rice is taken into account. Nothing comes into being without Allah's Will!

You believe otherwise? Your choice.

You shall wake up later and realize that what ol' Mahaguru58 is sharing here is nothing but the whole truth, so help me God! Who is but Allahu Ta'ala!

112:3
Transliteration
Lam yalid walam yoolad
Sahih International
He neither begets nor is born,
Surely, anyone who claims to have been a Muslim before going on to believe in a 'man-god' such as the bloke 'confessing' before the gathered Christians at the Damansara Utama Methodist Church ought to be damn ashamed of himself for lying to the audience?

No true Muslim worth his or her name will want to do what that chap grinning and guffawing before his fellow humans did?

That bugger was only a Muslim in name only as he confessed to 'reading the Quran blindly without understanding what the Quran really says or understanding the meaning of it?

So, in my opinion, that was not a true Muslim apostating from the faith of Islam. That guy and the other 12 'clueless in KL' types were not true believers of Allah turning their backs on their True Creator.

This is the reality as to what most folks who claim to be 'Muslims' are in Malaysia?

The ones having authority over the Muslim ummah ought to go back to the basics of Dakwah al Islamiyyah.

Those who have learned and studied the origins of Islam @ Usuluddin must not waste their time sitting high and mighty on stage of every self concocted ceramah's or seminars and preach to the masses without really going into their midst.

Islam wasn't shared like that by the Blessed Messenger of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

One needs to be able to react and interact with one's target audience. The Da'ee and Da'eeyah's of Allah can't afford to be separated by self imposed protocols and useless regulations.

Islam is best taught face to face where one is in close quarters with one's fellow Muslims and learners of Islamic Knowledge.

If you try and raise yourself to a level higher than the congregation, you only set up a wall of indifference between yourself and your listeners.

Chances are that some of them will fall asleep and not really get to listen to whatever you were yak yakketing about?

Just take a look at how most folks attending the Friday prayers are whilst seated listening to a droning khatib 'reading' in a monotonous 'sleep inducing' voice?

Don't be surprised if suddenly you hear a very loud snore overpower the audio system of that monotonous droning reading of whatever the authorities had decided should be read to the gathered congregation?

True Islamic ways of teaching aren't spread through such manners of separating the ummah from their ulamak.

We need to return to the manner by which 'Ilm was taught to the people. Not regulated and stifled as it is today?

That's the reason why many of those who attend religious talks and sermons come away not having gained any new information or knowledge about Islam.

If you ask them as to what they learned from attending the event, chances are that he or she will answer ' Ah! Nothing special' Just the same old run of the mill thingy'?

Callers to Islam need to be creative and able to reach out to their audience with care, concern and compassion. The 3 C's in my book.

If you don't really care about your audience, chances are that whatever you said will not even enter their hearts. There would be a firewall between yourself in the form of your all mighty ego and their couldn't care less hearts!

So, such an event will just pass by without really making any inroads into the human conscience and nothing would have been achieved by both parties.

Is that what we want?

If the preacher or teacher has no real concern about the welfare of his students or audience, then he or she will not succeed in imparting the true knowledge of Islam to them.

It will be just another routine wasting of time and effort for there would be no real interaction and exchange of knowledge and passion between the ustaz / ustazah and the jamaah. Classic case of bla, bla, bla and bla.....

Then if the teacher or scholar of Islam, male or female has no compassion for his or her fellow Muslims, chances are that their session with the students or audience will have achieved nothing to better or improve the lives of the many who turned up only to be deprived of the care, concern and lack of compassion that an indifferent so called teacher or scholar ought to have imparted upon them?

Back to the matter concerning the revelation about Allah :

112:3
Transliteration
Lam yalid walam yoolad
Sahih International
He neither begets nor is born,
A true God is not born or does He give birth to. This is not Greek mythology or any other self imagined form of belief or faith in the absurd!

Allahu Ta'ala reigns supreme above all else. If you are worth the brain cells that He has chosen to grant and bequeath to you, then please, by all means use and exercise it to study and learn about your true creator and stop wasting time on fictitious, born by the dozen what the hell ever and face up to the truth of the matter!

112:4
Transliteration
Walam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad
Sahih International
Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
What else do I need to say except that the verse above is just so self explanatory that only those who are dimwits will want to say and lay claim to this or that being a god or deity worthy of his or her worship?

Anything you imagine to be your god or deity is absolutely not what you think it is?

In the Hereafter, Allahu Ta'ala will reveal Himself to those who deserve and those who don't...well, you can just wait and see for yourself?

Insya Allah!

Wabillahi Taufik Wal Hidayah.
