Answers to Hypoglossal's Question # 2 and 3.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

I now refer to the other questions from blog commentor Hypoglossal.

2.I know as Brothers and Sisters in Islam, one should do their best to keep their siblings with faith to Allah (Is it wrong for a kaffir to write that name?), but, to the extent of attacking their free will and demolishing their rights, i feel it's akin to (pardon my french) Mental Rape, don't you agree?

My answer : You are right when you say that it is best for Muslims to help their brothers and sisters stay true to the faith of Islam and help guide them to the rightful ways and prevent them from straying off into ignorance.

Narrated Abu Huraira Radhiallahu Anhu that Allah's Messenger Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam said "
  • Do not feel envy against one another,
  • Do not outbid one another, (with a view to raising the prices -in trade)
  • Do not bear aversion against one another,
  • Do not bear enmity against one another,
  • one of you should not enter into a transaction when the other has already entered into it;
  • and be fellow brothers and slaves of Allah.
A Muslim is another Muslim's brother. He does not wrong, desert or despise him. Piety is found here -(pointing three times to his chest)-despising his Muslim brother is enough evil for any man to do. Every Muslim's blood, property and honour are unlawful to be violated by another Muslim."

Hadith No.1292, The Comprehensive Book. Page 526. Bulugh al Maram by Ibn Hajar.

It is the duty of any Muslim, male and female to help correct their brother or sister from falling into sin. Apostasy is a grievous major sin that can be punished with capital punishment.

Apathy towards the folly and ignorance of others when we know the truth of the faith and situation is a criminal breach of trust between us human beings and a serious neglect and abandonment of goodwill upon the ties binding us to one another as fellow Muslims and Mukmins.

It is not as you say 'mental rape' or stopping anyone from living as they please but rather a civic duty and responsibility to save one another from falling into harm and Kufr towards Allah the Almighty where the consequences for the wayward fool or ignorant is the burning Hellfire!

Surely, you will not allow your loved ones to fall into disaster and tragedy in this temporal world; what more everlasting eternal torture in the Hereafter?

A true Muslim who is learned and knowledgeable about the Hakikat @ Truth of Islam will never stand by and let his fellow Muslim brother or sister go into sin. Notice the emphasis on 'true Muslim'.

Those who just pay lip service of being a Muslim surely can't comprehend or even want to accept what is being shared here.

To answer your interim question referring to whether it is wrong for a 'kaffir' to refer to Allah by His name, there is no sin in that. In fact, it is the true name of Almighty Allah. You must call God by His Name- Allah, the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful, Creator and Master of us all.

3. I move on to your next question about obeying the elected leader no matter what he says or does? Please refer to the following hadith :

Volume 9, Book 89, Number 258:

Narrated 'Abdullah:

The Prophet said, "A Muslim has to listen to and obey (the order of his ruler) whether he likes it or not, as long as his orders involve not one in disobedience (to Allah), but if an act of disobedience (to Allah) is imposed one should not listen to it or obey it. (See hadeeth No. 203, Vol. 4)

Can you see the part where it says ' as long as his orders involve not one in disobedience (to Allah), but if an act of disobedience (to Allah) is imposed ( or as in this case where the PM wrings his hands saying in weakness and clueless resignation that he doesn't know what to do), one should not listen to it (his excuse) or obey it ( the inferred -do as you please to apostates) blunder he has made here?

We as human beings aren't cattle to be led here and there by our nose. Use the Faculty of Reason to learn about Allah, His Messengers, Islam and what is your relation to all the other Children of Adam.

Moving over to your referral to those who follow the exhortations of their leaders to kill themselves and others by blowing themselves up, well, I for one do not find it anywhere in the Qur'an where it says that a Muslim can kill himself or herself like that!

It is haram for any Muslim to kill themselves in any which way especially where other innocent life's are also put to harm and taken. Instead of Heavenly Paradise that those desperado's seek, Hellfire awaits them if their cause is not just or an act of terror, not justified and cruel.

If you are referring to the situation in the illegal Zionist terrorist regime of Israeli in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, where many Palestinians are forced to a corner by the murderous Zionists bulldozing and destroying any vestiges of their freedom and entities by killing their loved ones and flattening their homes together with their wife and kids in them, then I suggest you picture yourself in the position of those poor Palestinians for a second and see what is it that you would do IF you were in their situation?

People can talk this and that, speak as if they are the righteous ones and that they know best but most of the times, they are just living in a delusion of imagined grandeur.

Only when their soul is being pulled out of their body and passing their throat's , will they realize that 'hey! their life is about to be over and all that they were so worked up about is actually nothing valid and here they are in their death throes and about to depart this Earthly life'.

Then, dear Sir, at that junction, would many find their very moment of truth. Guaranteed.

I will stop here and continue answering your questions tomorrow. Have a good rest and good night.

May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala bless and guide us all. Ameen.

Wabillahi Taufeek Wal Hidayah. Wassalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
