Google Chrome Web Browser - Fast, smooth browsing

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Dear brothers and sisters,

Have you tried Google Chrome Web Browser yet?

I have been using it recently and find the browser to be very reliable. Web pages open in a jiffy and playing back You Tube videos has never been easier.

The browser works very smoothly and is quite stable. It has yet to crash ever since I started using it and is more reliable than other browsers on the net.

Try it today and see for yourselves.

Download the browser at http://www.google.com/chrome

I am quite satisfied with it. I have no problems recommending it to you.

Happy surfing.

I like it too but there seems to be some serious concerns wrt privacy and security issues. I cannot remember the links, though.

Just sharing something good with you my fellow bloggers.

As to the security issues of using the browser, which was raised by east-west, please correct me if I am wrong; but isn't our online usage exposed to any of the internet service providers technical teams?

I know that there are hackers out there who can infiltrate and hack into just any system out there?

Even the Pentagon's computer systems were broken in not so long ago, right?

So, my answer to east-west, would be not to take anything for granted and to encrypt any sensitive data that you wish to transmit online.

Even that isn't guaranteed to be safe from the internet and cyber wizards out there!

Back to Google Chrome, I am glad to know that I am not the only one feeling happy with it.

Cheers.

Even though Chrome seems nice, I doubt whether we can switch to it from Firefox soon. I discussed this issue here Chrome or Firefox.
